Nice hotel with good a price. Breakfast and the amount of restaurants and bars at the hotel is amazing. Room was clean and dubai like luxury. Can recommend this hotel for a short stay next to the airport as you‘re there with a free shuttle within 5 minutes.

This is my second time I bother to write a review about the outdated pool and gym facilities and no one seems to care about doing anything about it. It’s am embarrassment to the Marriott Hotel Group to have this hotel under their name. The gym and pool facilities are just awful and need some major maintenance. Towels are torn, lockers not even working, showers not working properly. The gym equipment is torn and worn out and I wonder when I will have my first injury. I hope that this time someone from the hotel will bother to reply to my review and so anything about it. Heavily disappointed after being a gym member for more than 3 years now and nothing has changed since then.

I am saddened to write this review for Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, a hotel that my wife and I have previously enjoyed and respected. Our recent experience, however, left us deeply disappointed and disheartened.

My wife suffered a major accident, resulting in three broken bones in her right leg, necessitating a significant operation. This unfortunate circumstance, a clear case of force majeure, meant we could not proceed with our planned stay at the hotel. Despite providing comprehensive documentation, including medical reports translated meticulously into both Arabic and English, flight tickets, our marriage contract, and other relevant details, the hotel chose not to honor our refund request.

The gravity of our situation seems to have been overlooked, ignoring the fact that this was not a typical cancellation, but a major health crisis that rendered travel impossible. Our previous patronage, and the extraordinary circumstances surrounding our request for refund seemed to count for little.

Management's decision to deny us a refund in these circumstances reflects poorly on their customer service and empathy towards guests. It's a shame to see such a lack of compassion and flexibility, especially given the unavoidable nature of our situation.

I hope our experience serves as a wake-up call for the hotel to reconsider their policies and approach towards customers in times of dire emergencies. A guest's trust and loyalty are earned through understanding and compassion in times of crisis, not just during the ordinary course of service.

It's great for the price.
The room is spacious and the staff is friendly.
The restaurants are also okay.
It's very close to the airport.

Very nice hotel just adjacent to the Dubai Int. Airport. Ideal place for couple of days’ stopover on the way to other destinations. The thing that I like the most is its restaurants. It has various types of restaurants for tasting food from different parts of the world.

We were booked a stay here after our Emirates flight was canceled. We got upgraded to the Royal Club and had a wonderful room. Staff was very friendly and courteous, always making sure we were comfortable.

Haben 7 Restaurants getestet alles super. Royal Club ist top. Suiten im Standardbereich auch sehr schön und geräumig. Hat angenehmerweise nicht den typischen Airport flair - man kann hier auch Urlaub machen.
Sind bisher immer positiv überrascht.

Fabulous hotel for short stays. Lacking that attentive Dubai customer service.

But will stay again as we didn't get to explore much of the hotel.

Can improve breakfast service too.

They offer parking service where you could drop your car for a week or more before your flight also the lobby food is nice you can have quick meal before your flight.

Very sad Adminstration they provide a voucher for free dinner at check in then at 18 December the same day on voucher I came at beef bistro mr sanjer see the voucher then he confirm with mr. Kumar after they gave me a table mr. Sanjer told me we can’t serve you I really don’t know what to say but I reported it to front desk and he apologized but the others attitude was not acceptable at all

Music was super loud. They don't even bother to turn off the music when it's azan.

I went to celebrate the birthday of my colleague but I was surprised that we are in a muslim country and there is no respect for Azaan.

Nice quaint hotel. I was transiting through Dubai, the hotel is close to the airport and has a good selection of restaurants.

One of the top brunches I have visited in Dubai in terms of food quality and selection! If you’re a sea food lover it’s the right place to be on a Friday

Perfect hotel for stay and dining, very professional valet on the door to assist with self parking and very helpful security as well, lobby and ambiance is just perfect, old but GOLD.
Strongly recommend for stay for families and businesses traveller as well since it’s minute away from DXB airport.

Wonderful property. Great staff. We checked in on the Emirates side. Super fast. Mohammed Riffiq helped us with our stay. Very nice and helpful. Showed us around the hotel. Great room and great food. Loved it. Thank you.

First of all, this hotel is not in the cool swanky neighborhoods of Dubai, but it is extremely convenient to the airport.  

The hotel is very nice. Even the older rooms, while dated, are still nice.

The staff is amazing! From the personalized, impeccable service of Mangala, right down to Jeffrey's contagious smile and service, and Bhavika's ever watchful eye making sure you are well cared for.

From the time I walked in the door and Vidya greeted me and began working to fix things for me, until the night I checked out and John took care of the discrepancies on my bill, I was constantly taken care of and made to feel like a valued guest. The staff goes out of their way to take care of anything you need. There were so many that helped me and took care of me, I can't mention all of them. But just a few were Walid, who kept me safe and does an incredible job, making me feel like an old friend. Mandushani, who saved my life at the pool. Ferial, with her beautiful smile and sparkling personality. Antone, who watched over me when I came dragging in late at night. Ferdinand and Sai Prasod who kept my room in such great condition and worked around my crazy schedule. Faith, Kristina, Amilyn, Theresa and Bianca. I wish I could name them all.

This is a nice hotel in a convenient location. Eighteen restaurants on sight. Five swimming pools. Live music. You never have to leave, if you don't want to.  

But what makes this hotel outstanding is Saskia's crew. The people make you want to stay here. We looked at lots of more fun locations for our next trip, but we decided to stay here because of the wonderful staff. Give them a chance, and you won't be disappointed.

Great hotel in Dubai adjacent to Dubai international airport. Staff are very cooperative, dutiful. Stay is very comfortable. A single story building, which gives a uniqueness in hotels of Dubai.

Very nice open space restaurants, good food but the qualy need further enhancement to match price. Staff were nice and helpful. Parking space per car is small.

Nice hotel opposite of terminal 1 of Dubai airport (DXB). Old part is a bit outdated, but build in only 2 floors around swimmingpools in gardens. Ground floor rooms can sit outside, first floors no balcony. The Royal Club is the new, modern and stylish part of the hotel, with 8 floors, no gardens nor balcony, but modern design look rooms and an extra rooftop pool area.
Curious what the plans are for the old hotel: renovation or total new building.

For me going to Dubai 15 years and as such more as 300 nights stayed in town - and having stayed in more as 50 different hotel - still my place to be - every year a few nights! Best service in town - and if my room face the courtyard pool - amazing good. Just walking 20m before or after work to pool. Almost nowhere you have this. And great Royal club - because of the stuff - all so friendly - as being in a family

Friendly and accommodating staff, tons of restaurants and activities held throughout the week on the property. Buffet is the best variety I have ever seen.

More of style than substance. Pros: Design of bathroom and conference room was nice. Staff was also nice! Cons: No sanitizer near the reception and you have to go all the way to the basement for washing your hands. A few of us entered the female toilets- there should be a sign board near the girl's bathroom also.

We were for dinner. Somehow, we went to the facility from the back and was told that we needed to drive to the frant entrance. Dinner was good, servive is excellent.

I went with my colleagues in office for a dinner at Yalumba, an Australian themed Resto in Le Merian Dubai. The food was really great and fantastic for a very affordable price of Aed 99 (approx. 27 US$) per head buffet. Planning to go back again with friends.

Everything is fine. But you can see the staff in Ballroom are made to stand entire event unnecessarily, even when they are not serving. You should allow them sit down for some time. They are human beings as well. It is painful to watch them stand for hours.

I lived at this hotel in 2011 and it's only gotten better and better since then. The staff are incredible and the nearby restaurants give the perfect variety of options. Not always cheap but a good value - particularly since they've renovated the rooms.

A five star hotel in Dubai, thanks to Emirates Airlines to for providing five star hospitality including breakfast, lunch and dinner, a nice and memorable stay, hotel have full fledged facility, rooms are neat and clean, and provide amazing testy vegetarian food in midnight. Staff are so co-operative.

The best open buffet on Tuesday for sushi and seafood great lobster eat as much as you can only in this hotel in dubai on Tuesday night reservation is a must
