Quite a chill place especially for the 6 months of cool winters in the UAE. Here you can enjoy live music and a largely non vegetarian fare that skews more towards Arabic cuisine or maybe it was cos we went there during Ramadan. They have set menus and a la carte for iftaar and suhoor which is priced at 95 AED per person.

We got called in to dine at the lebanese restaurant SEWAR first on the right to watch a WC game. Waiters choose tables to give 5* service, our orders were always late from bread to a simple water bottle. The bill was over charged extra drink was added. We spent minimum of 500 and they billed us extra 150 for a table which we didnt call to reserve but we were called in by their usher at the door. They didn't bring the bill just the POS machine until we asked for it. You wanna charge for something do it right. We declined to pay the 150 and most of the guests around had same arguements. Pathetic service, we called for more drinks but no one came after pointing out there errors. We got more drinks from Mcgettigan which is always our dine in place but we opted for this one for a new experience. We wish we were not invited to try their bistrol.

For Christmas Eve this was a massive disappointment. Very poor showing in comparison to the Village terrace in the past. No atmosphere at all. The band from Cuba played mostly salsa Latino style and only 2 Christmas tracks. The buffet is pared down to what it was before. The manager of the terrace is a brilliant guy working at Le Meridian past 15 years but he is working in a mediocre environment and he deserves better. Not recommended and a poor reflection of the brand image now.

You have to wait for drinks more than normal. Food is good but Services are very bad. They took almost 30 minutes to replenish the drinks.

I have a spent a wonderful evening at the Le Meridien Village Terrace. The restaurant's music and patio heaters gave it a romantic ambience. Staff are very attentive and customer service oriented.

The only issue I had is that I couldn’t find variety of food to my kids. However I highly recommend it and will definitely come again.

We have great dinner buffet specially the grill station of meat, chicken and sea food like fish and shrimp

Indian, Thailand, Sri Lanka and more.
We liked all of them.
Food, atmosphere live music, stuff service.
If you would luke to eat super tasty food, you should go other restaurant.
But We totally we like here.

The only reason i give it 1 star is because there is not an option negative stars. Visited on Friday night and the drink service was slow and the food was mediocre at best. I guess the chef's that were there before are gone now because the quality of food is not near what it used to be. You buy better food at cheaper priced restaurants.

Devendra and Nadine were our severs for the night and they were both brilliant servers. The village Terrace was great value for a great selection of food on offer. There was continuously drink service here and we were looked after every minute of the night, the food was delicious and there was a great atmosphere and music here too. A brilliant night out for family and friends I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Dubai. In le meridian hotel.

Sit on the Meridien Village Terrace under a palm tree grove and enjoy the ambience set by the resident house band. This is the place to go to enjoy Dubai’s outdoor dining scene and dance the night away. White tablecloths and themed nights keep it classy and interesting at this international buffet.

BBQ themed Friday for our company's Christmas party was great. I enjoyed the night with colleagues, good food and great music by the performing band.

Every year in Dubai, in October, the temperature will drop and the summer is over. It’s time to eat out! For us, our first stop is the Méridien Village Terrace. It’s our ‘welcome to the beautiful winter’ moment. We visited on Tuesday - the Chinese night. Wonderful food. The staff are, as usual, so welcoming and helpful. This alone makes for a great night. This year, there is a new band. They are excellent. A seven piece with three vocalists. One of the best Amy Winehouse covers I have ever heard. As someone else has said, their sets are a bit short and the amplification could be better but they are the sort of group who will stop conversation and you just listen. Brilliant. It’s also great value. Do yourself a favor and book a table. You won’t regret it.

Great dining experience. Excellent ambiance especially winter days in dubai. We went last 3 days ago. All are good. Except negative comments, when you ordered drinks to the, waiter it's like you are in the, queue its a very lengthy wait before you receive the drinks.

We went to meridian village one week ago for all what you can eat meat. The ambiance was good and they brought a live band. The music was good that makes you enjoy your night. The choices of the meat was very good and the quality was good also. The only negative comment that there is no ac outdoors. They need to invest more in the outdoor ac as it was still humid and hot.

The outdoor seating area with a bar connecting the restaurants of the hotel; Dubliner, Jules, Warehouse, and others.

In general very good. Ambience of outdoor restaurant with live band is very good and great choices of food in buffet. Customer service is also good. I recommend.

A mixture between nice restaurants and cheap night life.the italian restaurant is TOP! But unfortunately, thats it on this place.

I used to stay in Meridien hotel for weeks. Buffet with life music is my favorite. You can easily take a drink in Dupliner before entering to the terrace buffet. I always remember excellent New Year's Eve, enjoying perfect cuisine, live music, dancing. After your dinner, you could enter to fast moving Jules bar. The Italian restaurant is also perfect. Go and visit.

Very good place to hangout with friends along with drinks and spend quality and chillax time. There are band as well and they sing really very well and that too very famous english songs. The environment and surroundings is awesome. Also there are buffet options available in the evening. There are other clubs as well nearby which you can try if you don't feel good but I'm sure you'll love the atmosphere here. Go with friends, Alone you might not Enjoy but you may come it's a good place.

Very good atmosphere with nice and delicious barbecue foods, I'll recommend everyone to once try this buffet.
Here serving alcohol drinks, Also pork, that wouldn't be good for Muslims.however they could have great time here also.
Try it in good seasons only (winter and autumn).:)

Meridien village terrace been always a favorite place to enjoy the foods, the service, & music.

I guess I got them on a bad night. On a Saturday night, there were very few occupied tables and the food was not good. The cajun shrimp was almost a paste texture and all the fish I tried had so many bones in them that it wasn't worth the effort to get at. You could tell the food had sat around for a while from lack of customers because some of it was cold and a lot of it was overcooked.
It is also really dark. Maybe a better light on the table would be helpful? Enough light so it doesn't kill the ambiance but people can see their food.
The hummus and rice were very good and the prawn stir fry was decent.
The service was impeccable, which is where the two stars come in. Very attentive, polite staff and friendly servers. Everyone was very nice and I watched as each server ensured their tables' drinks were never empty.
Unfortunely, for 239aed (64usd), it was subpar. Yalumba inside the hotel is 100% better, both in price and quality of food.
