Dont stay in thrid floor. You wont be able to sleep till 4 AM bcos of the loud music from the club. Disappointed.

Probably one of the worst hotels i have stayed in (Signature Inn Rigga was the worst).
Again bedsheets and comforter wasnt washed as it should be, felt like used. No Extra Tissues or Toilet Rolls (one only)
One of the worst car park, they charge you 30 aed extra for that, plus its so low that it will hit the csr body and u need to leave your keys to the parking as he needs to keep your car moving around to fit in other cars.
Hotel Kitchen was the worst, Order came late and wrong I ordered Mixed Grill, it was Tandoori chicken which was Raw.
I will never go there again.

Location and Facilities is very good.
Staffs are good supporting.
Have to improve interior and sanitary.

Who does a drilling work in a hotel on a Sunday morning?

The hotel need to be closed as it doesn't meet any hotel standard.

Dubai municipality they aren't doing their job properly.

The smell of moisture is strong

If you look to the cheapest room without focusing on the decor because the decor is too old, I recommend this hotel to you

I am currently staying in hotel for long term and I really like location every thing you need is nearby and staff are very friendly especially Anas and all staff from reception and night duty manager and housekeeping especially Mohammed Riaz. They are all taking care of customers and I really feel i am staying in my own home. Thank you again and keep up a good work

We requested for non-smoking room but smells come through the centralised air con. The hotel is too crowded and you don't feel safe with the way the reception hanfls your check-in. There is congested parking at the basement which will cost you 30 Drh per night. Only the location is the best thing about the hotel. Facilities are very old. They need to do more improvements.

The service is very bad, employees at reception are not qualified at all, especially the girls they kept staring at me the whole time I dont know why, they charged 100 aed extra for my fiancé is visiting me, its too old only the bed was comfortable, toilet is dirty and old, they asked to raise the room rate even-though i agreed with them on one price cause I was staying for one month but they only want to take money from you and dont care who you are, the room was literally on the street, I was hearing everything going on the street, couldnt sleep at all, asking me to pay 550 aed was really a bad thing cause this is 2 stars hotel, the real rate for these rooms must be only 150 aed no more

It was conveniently located. Rooms were clean. The staffs were very warm and helpful. I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Enam for his service. He was very helpful and approachable. Breakfast spread was reasonable. Value for money.
