I had a wonderful experience with Mothana's flower service. They not only delivered a beautiful box of flowers but also responded promptly and professionally on WhatsApp. The flowers were exquisite, and the level of service provided was truly impressive excellent products and exceptional customer service!

On Monday I contacted them to send an arrangement to sharjah and they were like sure, and after payment they said we’re sorry we can’t deliver today! I ignored this mistake and agreed to be delivered at 8: 00 pm NOT BEFORE on the other day and again they were like SURE! On the other day i reminded them 3 times and asked them to send me the picture of the arrangement. The driver of delivery called me at 4: 30 saying your order is on the way to deliver! I told him I wanted it at 8 and informed the shop about it. He said I am sorry I can’t stay till that time in Sharjah.
In addition to all, the arrangement was HORRIBLE. It costed 250 dirhams but not worth even 50 dirhams. And the picture of the arrangement was sent by the driver after asking him to do. I was totally shocked! And called the place to refund! There was no answer and they were holding my call until they sent me sorry we can’t refund.
Couple of days from now but still VERY VERY VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED!

I have been living in the UAE for 30 years now, I swear it is the worst experience in flower arrangements, commitment and customer service.
I will tell everyone NOT to deal with such a place.
I would have rated 0 starts if possible!

I recently received a stunning bouquet of fresh flowers from Le Ronza Flowers Dubai, and I must say, I was absolutely delighted!

Quality of service is below zero. Ordered from them through deliveroo, order was supposed to arrive at 22: 15 up until 1: 20 am the order has not arrived. Deliveroo has been trying to reach the place, no one is answering of course. My advice to anyone is to avoid the place as it seems a SCAM!

Unproffesionaly dealt when my wife ordered from them, the item ordered was completely different, timing of delivery is a mess and the staff had no power to manage the issue. Sorry, but not recommended.
