I recently moved from Dubai to Spain. My initial engagement with Jing Singbas was excellent and Jing's personal touch and attention was world class. She truly reflected the company based on her approach I decided to use Leaders Relocation.

My disappointment came after signing with Leaders relocation. The way in which they handled my relocation and the unprofessional handing over (without me knowing) to a gentleman by the name of Deepak. From the moment he engaged with me all he spoke about was money. Not once did he ever engage or ask about my family and their dealing with the relocation.

Having so much to deal with and moving with a special needs son takes so much effort and drains one emotionally, so it would have been made even more easier if the relocation company understood my needs and treated me like a human being rather than just a cash cow. The moment their people saw an opportunity to make money they packed in ways that benefited them. This landed up costing me double the amount that was planned. I admit that my volume did increase but Leaders Relocation seized this opportunity to "milk the cow" as it were.

The moment Leaders Relocation through Deepak and his management team sensed an opportunity for more money, they jumped on to this gravy train. When I expressed my concerns and wanted my issues escalated I was seriously stonewalled by Deepak and his management team. I asked over and over to engage in a conference call with the management team and to express my concerns in order for the company to improve but not once did I get my requests approved.

Based on this companies after sales approach I will never use this company again. If you cannot follow your services from start to finish and ensure that you treat people with grace and dignity then this company "Leaders Relocation" should not be used.

We relocated from Dubai to Houston Texas in March 2023 and Leader Relocations managed our cargo competently. All Crews (Packing Team) and Operations service were professional and supportive throughout the process. Their partners in USA were also very helpful and supportive before my cargo arrives they contacted me and done all the paper works. I moved my belongings from Cyprus to UAE. The level of efficiency was amazing. They were very careful with the packaging ang assembly of furniture. Left the apartment in clean condition and the communication was flawless.

Wish I could give them zero stars. It started off well. They came to the house packed the boxes and took them away. When the consignment would arrive was a guessing game…Eventually it arrived…they sent 170 boxes with 2 people. When they were done unloading they give us the delivery note. We tell them they haven’t opened the boxes. We won’t be able to claim insurance. The response…it’s ok you can work with the team in Dubai. We follow up with the team in Dubai and email after email follow up after follow up. The only response we get is we were overwhelmed by the number of boxes and that is why we didn’t ask for them to be opened. Two issues with this 1) We packed the boxes. We knew for 12 weeks how many boxes were on they way. 2) What benefit do we get for paying for the service and then not using it.
Anyways, we try and work with the Dubai team to fix it. Responses are slow sporadic and unhelpful. We hire a second company to come and help with unpacking and Leader still doesn’t get their act together.
Then we claim insurance for the broken items. We fill the form. Send it. Wait a month, follow up. Get another form to fill. Wait again for almost another month. To get our claim rejected because this claim was to be made a time of delivery I.e. When Leader was supposed to unpack everything.

I have wasted 6 months and $13k on the move. I am just going to take them to court. I have given them enough time to get their act together.

I wouldn’t recommend them to my enemy. They are useless. Once you pay them. Getting anything from them is impossible. Stay away!

Best experience ever. I can't thank enough Mr. Hari Krishnan who clarify all the process and gave me all the important info and tips. I moved 3 boxes door step to door step from UAE to Portugal within 5 days. Amazing. Price wise very competitive - very happy with the service. They deliver what they promissed.

I moved from Dubai to Germany. I paid total amount in advance. Then they ask me to pay additionally to deliver it showing quotation one term.
Even after paid additional amount I'm still waiting for delivery.
Very very disappointed service and cannot recommend for anyone.

A friend of mine introduced to Jackie Cruz to me few months ago when I was struggling to find a reliable freighter. Jackie helped my friend to relocate all his personal effects furniture’s, fridges, chandeliers, gas cookers, clothing’s etc.to Australia from Dubai door to door. They have shipped my stuff to the US and the have quoted my shipment more than the actual weight so they have measured and weighed my shipment inaccurately I raised my concern and provided legitimate proof to them yet they are still pivoting and not resolving the matter for more than a year and I am still following up and every time they come up with a different excuse. BE CAREFUL when dealing with them I found them untrustworthy unfortunately

Removalists:
-Not on time and had to rearrange my schedule three times to accommodate them
-Good and efficient at packing items. Items arrived without damage
Administrative staff:
-Terrible communication between me and the removalists
-Lack of information from them lead me to having my items uninsured until I chased it up
-Items kept in Abu Dhabi for a whole month before being shipped, 4 weeks past the date promised
- Chinese shipping company used, tracking website not in English, a nightmare to use
-Unprofessional admin lady on the phone. I had to do the chasing to find out about my items, no feedback or updates on shipping.
-Admin continuously added fees to the quote once my items were on the ship, costing more than 500 DHS extra to original price.

My family's house move from abu dhabi to germany is currently on hold in a german port.the german side confirms 100% that they have received their money in full.they just need Leader's permission to release the shipment.leader's is demanding additional payment of 400EUR.

I strongly advise you to release my shipment, or serious legal measures will be taken against you.no effort will be spared to prosecute you for this.delay fees + inconvenience fees + travel fees + court fees will all be demanded, if the shipment is not released immediately.we bring to your attention that the dubai government has inaugurated a special court for ruling on such minor issues swiftly and within hours.we are confident we have every proof of full payment duly made by our side to you.

The Initial response from Leader to my Online Enquiry was very good followed up promptly by a Quote etc and subsequently regular enquiries were made on the status of the same. Even the Packing crew was very good and did a professional job. But once they received the goods and payment in full they asked for additional payment with some very unjustifiable reasons which was highly unprofessional but since the goods were already in their custody we had no option but to pay. Later we had some issues with the destination agent in Australia which have still not been resolved with Leader washing their hands off the whole matter and putting the onus on the Australian agent to resolve when our contract was with Leader Relocations. What has been most surprising and disappointing after working myself for 30 years in the Shipping Industry in Dubai is that not once did Leader Relocations think it necessary to pick up the phone and give me a call to explain their side of the story. It just feels that they do not value their clients which is a recipe for disaster in todays marketplace. My humble advice to Leader Relocations is that it costs you nothing (as local calls in Dubai are free) to call up your customer personally and atleast understand what the problem is and assure him you are looking into it personally. I can guarantee that this way you will win a client's loyalty for life that is if you wish to have one or every job for you is a one off thing.

I recently used their service to ship my personal goods from Dubai to Sydney. It took approx. 3 months for the goods to be delivered. We noticed that one of the item was missing due to an error from leaders. After numerous calls, they neither acknowledged their mistake nor took any action to track the item. I was also not compensated as the item was not mentioned in the insured items list. There was no one available in leaders to escalate the matter except the same agent.

I am extremely delighted with they end-to-end service provided by not only your team in Dubai but also by your local partners in Canada. The communication during the process was precise and clear and quality of the experience was superb. The goods were well packed and received in immaculate condition.

I would give this company 0 if I could! I’m fuming! They in conjunction with Geometramovers movers handled our move from Dubai to Singapore! We only had boxes. We paid extra to secure our valuable items. They were supposed to lock these in a crate and unlock at our new destination. This didn’t happen! They unpacked the boxes in Singapore. There was 2 people unpacking and a third came up to help. I couldn’t be in 3 places all the time. My clothes and handbags were left on the bed! They pressured me to sign the paperwork and left! When I finished unpacking I saw that 3 handbags and 2 wallets were missing! One of which was a vintage irreplaceable bag! We sent photos of all items to the company before the move so they new what was in the boxes! They stole 3 bags and 2 wallets and have refused to take responsibility! We had insurance that we paid a lot of money for! They refused to pay out because I signed that I received all the boxes in good condition! This company CAN NOT be trusted! If you move with them CHECK all the “empty” boxes with paper leaving your house and DON’T sign ANYTHING until you have unpacked all your things!

Specially when I was advice to replace the luggage with boxes instead to reduce the unnecessary cost of size over weight.

Above all that, Samir managed to ship my items fast and kept me updated with the statues of the shipment.

I cannot express in words how DISAPPOINTING the service was but I’ll try making a little listing:

- incompetence: they weren’t able to ship one of my boxes and put it on FeDex and charged me extra for that! For their inability to deal with papers!
- half of my wine glasses broken
- half of my plates broken
- 2 dear expensive wall paintings damaged
- vacuum cleaner - completely damaged
- VERY late: their financial department cannot identify a deposit.it took them very long to ship and it arrived to Germany over a month after I left Dubai VIA AIR!
- I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND them in any circumstances, unless you are ok paying a high price and losing half of your dishes and glasses

I’ve used Leaders twice now to send Large packages / shipments to the states and the UK. They are firstly so professional and secondly extremely affordable.
The shipment was collected, checked, received all within 1 week.

I must say that sending your most precious things to another country can be overwhelming, a friend of mine recommended leaders relocation and I suggest you do the same when you think of shipping things Oversea. I’ve read so many bad things, so recommandations are key when it comes to moving overseas.
The service was really good, as well as the follow up, I sent from Dubai to France. The final price (becauSe it depends on the weight or the volume) was very close to the cost estimate, I had no problem, I had a tracking number. I’m really glad all my boxes arrived safe and sound.

I chose Leaders over 5 other shipping companies to ship to the UK. They weren't the cheapest but they were definitely not the most expensive, they provided the most details and the most support in the first week after the initial quote. The Dubai staff were very helpful and dealt with a last minute delay with no issues. They also made sure I had all the correct paperwork for my UK tax relief application, which is not the easiest process to go through. When the UK counterpart took over the support was just as helpful and professional. The shipment arrived on time and perfectly intact, the delivery guys were brilliant. I would highly recommend Leaders and am glad I chose them.

We used their services both for container movement and air movement. There was no problem with the container movement / good packaging, fast service and proper updates. I would give 5 out of 5 for their container service.
But our experience with air transportation team was a different story. I would have packed the electronic items better, even if I was moving to another floor in the same apartment. Our printer and scanner were broken into pieces, furniture got scratched, etc. Also their handling at destination was lousy. Goods waited at airport with no explanation or clarification for around 3 weeks and only after many/many reminders the issue was solved. We never learned what the actual problem was.

By far the best shipping co I've dealt with in the UAE and abroad. They are professional, trust worthy, timely and super patient. 100% recommend them.

Avoid the company if you are shipping valuable things. We had our shipment sent from Dubai to Singapore in June/19 and one box went missing. The box contains all my brand winter coats (good thing I dont need them in Singapore) and so far Leader relocations has no idea where the box ended up. It’s October/19 and still no news. No e-mails with updates of showing any effort to find the box. Disappointing! Plus the loads of things that came broken in pieces.

Probably the worst experience I had with a moving company. The shipment was delivered more than 45 days late compared to what was promised. I used them ship my personal belongings from Dubai to Australia. They often rely on the fine print of the quote and use them as excuses to go back on the initial agreements. Customer care is not the worse they are responsive but you should always agree with them on every little detail in the quote beforehand.

Made my move very easy. Super super accommodating. I had delays in my move and they waited a few extra days so I they include my relatively volume. Very responsive to questions and calls. My beds were being reupholstered, and they even accepted the mattress company dropping the beds to their office/warehouse location directly. Thanks again!

Leader Relocations did a fantastic job from initial contact to packing to shipping. Their sales manager was professional and treated us with respect. After sales, the shipping manager was almost instantly responsive whenever we needed anything. Finally, the packing crew was probably one of the best crews we've had over our many years of moving overseas. Leader did a great job overall.

In my opinion Leader Relocations are the best in UAE when it comes to International Cargo services and support! They made sure we were given the best of service any given point. Our Cargo to Canada reached well before time in a perfect condition.

Poor English, can't explain clearly the process, charges and how much I would need to pay. When I asked clear questions the agent Lubdha could not give me a clear answer told she can't handle it and cancelled my request last minute, such an attitude! She could not explain clearly the best way for me to send my goods over 80 kilos to the US! Send me the quotation then once I ve placed an order told that I would need to pay for 118 kilos, while my shipment is only 84 kilos! Unprofessional, poor communication skills, no knowledge about the product they sell at all, no client relationship skills. I believe top management must know about unacceptable actions of their employees and this is not how the Company does business.
