Very good shop. They have good selection fpr sports wear and gym equipments. Specially indoor shoes i've been looking mizuno brand in uae and i found leadersports. Good customer service and they have promotion which is very good.

Very worse experience bought a carrom board one day back and bad quality to return they have only same brand and quality and no refund provided. A complaint to DED to be registered soon.
Worse response from the counter sales

After receiving their money and delivering the equipment they stopped answering calls for installation of equipment. Very bad experience.

I would not recommend buying their products online. Their packing team missed one item and for the past 15 days I'm waiting for it. They apologized and asked for my address but no updates. I've been very patient so far but there's a limit.

Don't buy from them. I bought gym equipment from them last week and they told me the tech guy will come to do the installation after one hour. I kept calling them every day they say tomorrow.this the forth day iam still waiting what Bad customer service they have!

I ordered 4 weeks ago, confirmed delivery not made with COVID19 as an excuse, subsequent promised delivery day also missed. No response on phone or email. Beware Of seller.

Product might actually be good, if ever delivered I will comment on the product but LeaderSports/TA Sports are the most unreliable and untrustworthy “seller” I have experienced to date. The Prepaid payment I made didn’t seem to have this kind of delay.

Bought items from the shop including a dart board.on opening the packed dart board at home, realized that there are no darts and the box in which the board was packed was slightly torn at the bottom. Since the box came from inside the stock room there was no reason for us to open it again in front of the cashier.called the staff to report the same and the response was not helpful, " nothing can be done" is not a solution! Caution to buyers to check items at the shop itself even if boxed and packed.

Would advice anyone not to purchase from here. They advertise one thing and sell something totally different at a much higher rate. Crooks
