Lebanese Roaster - Dubai - DIFC

The manager in charge has very terrible customer service skills and has no idea how to handle frequent clients! I recently bought 5 kg of products from the shop, and when I went back to buy a bag, he refused to sell me because he wanted me to buy more products even though I offered money for the bag. He was very rude, and I don't even know how he can genuinely run a place like this with no customer service experience. They need to charge management because the previous guy running the pace was decent! I will not be referring any clients!

The products are delicious and There is a great lovable helpful guy with a great smile named Qusai

The staff was too good and friendly. Specially, Mr. Ashraf, Mrs. Rechelle, Mr. Kausai, Mr. Sajir. They were too good in attending and explaining things.

Please appreciate the way you guys can do. It will keep them motivated.

Good offerings. Street parking is available outside the store (Zone A). Prices are on the higher side.

Good quality products from Jordan and Lebanon.
Their shankleesh is the absolute best!
The dairy products are good and fresh and they even have sheep yogurt which is rate to find in Dubai.

Everything was perfect but the staff need to be trained on how to deal with customers and how to respect the queue

Everything is very delicious and nice. The only weakness is that they mentioned that they are on talabat, but i cannot see that even in business bay which is very close to their branch. Also no website, also their landline doesnt work as well seems to be dead. I wish they improve a bit more as they can do better.

Wow. Fantastic varieties at reasonable prices. Be it Sweets, Nuts, Deserts, spices, etc etc.

Worth and value for money.

One of my favorite shops for traditional arabic food, pastries, coffee, etc. The staff are really nice and generous and the quality if food is outstanding, absolutly love it

They lost a star because they advertised on Instagram that they have janarek and didn’t when I went (same day of the advert). If not for that it’s a great place.

محمصه أسعارهم ممتازه وعندهم كل أنواع البهارات والمكسرات واللي يحبون القهوه السعوديه الشقرا بعد بيحصلونها عندهم

Their coffee is the best in Dubai, AD and even Jordan. Dark roast is excellent. Their fresh nuts are usually ok but found insects on 3 different so stopped buying from there.

Great place to find Lebanese spices, food original Lebanese cooking ingredients and others. I always find what I need at Lebanese roaster

I visited To Lebanese Roasted shop, there is mostly organic products️ Service is good, quality is amazing I would love to go there again ️

In the place you'd feel like being in Lebanon, you'll find all Lebanese items available from coffee beens til fruits and sweets

It's depends on your luck, it's taste different each time.sometimes very good and the others are in the average.when you taste it in the shop while they are keeping it hot it's look ok but sometimes when you take it home the taste will change. Hopefully the will return the quality as old times.

The place is ok except that many items are displayed without any prices and the staff are staying in the back corner so you have to go ask them for the prices or details or to come with you to the cashier to ring you in

This place has very good quality of groceries, fresh fruits and veggies, high quality olive oil and spices.
Abundant fresh nuts for Ramadan and Eid. All types of coffee.

The best rosaster in UAE, I grow up here and they were existed since childhood and their products still in high quality.

They do not even notice customers, Had to buy some dry fruits, was looking for some one! The guy saw me twice, didn’t even bother to ask, other staff was not even there just came to pick up the phone which was ringing, so decided to buy from somewhere else!

Reasonable price

It is much needed for dubai as we lack shops that they sell the traditional Lebanese food. They have the best nuts in UAE and it is must to try. They have a good selection of dairy products, olives, of Lebanese spices, grains, chocolates and tea. Their service is so good and their price is fair.
