They have good stuff I bought but the problem is in the service if your light went off and doesn't work and you get it to them to fix it they take from 2 weeks to a month to fix one light I had this issue now three times.

Please fix this issue and life will be easier for the customer

The lightings are perfect, highlighting each piece and bringing out its unique features. The colors and textures were expertly combined, creating a visually captivating experience. A must visit showroom.

Heard a lot about them so finally visited them. The girl at front counter was still better but the two gents we then met seemed a bit clueless, with one in particular not able to answer basic questions on how to install an item. Disappointing service.

Terrible service.
We bought recessed profile lights from them and they provided us a sample piece based on which we built all our false ceiling and the light support. After a delayed delivery, the actual supplied items looked nothing like the sample and had different dimensions, not to mention that the paint job is ridiculous (see image).
They did not care, did not offer a solution, and will always promise to callback and they never will.
I knew they are pricer than all other suppliers, but thought at least they'll have a decent service - not the case.
I wouldn't recommend buying from them for an actual building or renovation project.

Very bad experience with 2 sales staff, despite several commitments from them to visit my villa and send me a quote. Basic sales job! Even after sharing product details and quantity still no response. Very disappointing service. I dont recommend them and I dont trust them to make good on their warranty.

Visited today and Mr. Darlington and his team showed good customer service especially for the LED side of the shop. They also have a range of furnitures for the Desroch side.

Pros: wide range of LED lights and solutions, spacious and clean interior.

Cons: Lack of clear entrance signage is needed and improvement of restroom.

Massive place for all types of decorative and functional lights and fixtures. Had gone to buy some diwali lights but realised the place has much more to offer in terms of home furnishings. There was a discount going on but prices are on the higher side. Staff is a bit slow but helpful and courteous. Would be the place to check out for home furnishings and ornamental items. Hygiene maintained, worth a visit

The sales staff member Sahil was quite friendly and helpful, however don’t trust the back office guys to process any refunds honestly. I purchased 5 spot lights and a dinning lamp in February 2021, however I was not able to use the spot lights due to dimensions. I returned them the next day and the return was signed by the staff. I had to wait 2 months while reminding them on a weekly basis until they finally partially processed my refund (claiming to be very busy). Eventually they started claiming that one of the spotlights was scratched (after 2 months suddenly one of them became scratched) so I could only get refund for 4/5.
Overall, pretty disappointed with the service and the unfair treatment of the customer.

My go to place for all my lighting solutions. Always a solution there, and they also gave lots of furniture. A great place to go to and get inspired. My first place I go to, always, and a big parking outside. Handy! Keep up the good work!

Customer service is good and they need to implement Some thing special while family coming (example for children’s play area, children’s games)

Staff are such a great communication which is amazing and they bent over backwards to fulfill our order- always approachable and helpful. We hope to shop with LED World again very soon.

Bad costumer service.
First waiting fee days to visit my place take photos and make ideas for design. After that waiting 10 days for design proposal, on the end i receive same design that i send it from first day as example one thing did not was new.
After all this service, staff even don't answer on their phones.

I found what I was looking for & was able to easily modify my purchase. Would definitely recommend this site to others.

Staff were very attentive and even though they didn't have the lamp I wanted, they had loads of lovely deco I couldn't resist getting something. Prices I checked seems reasonable but certainly not on the low side.

LED World light was excellent, the order was placed correctly and graciously held for us due to a delay in our project. The electrician was thrilled to see that each box of lighting was labelled. The lighting are beautiful.

They have the worst customer service in the world, they don't know what they have in stock or what they don't have and they just let you pay for the materials and wait for 4 hours from the promise time

There are better brands for the money you pay. Calling them since 1 month after installation.no one willing to come and rectify the chandelier lights and correct minor defects. Their story.they have different team for installation and charges 250 aed.

One of the finest showrooms of UAE. The staff are well knowledgeable with the products and provide detailed presentation to the customers. Their involvement with projects provide detailed technical support with regards to design and submittals required. The products are of contract quality and delivery timing is perfect. Keep up the good work.

In case any of the lights stops working their service is awful. They say they provide warranty but to get it you need to wait first long time to fix the light and also the fix may not be proper. I had a light stopped working twice and when I asked to replace instead of fixing they refused.

Interesting collection of items but very poor customer care, after sales service and attitude. I will not buy from them again.

Please please please don't buy anything from here coz i am crying after purchease with big amounts many items from here.once i came to claim warranty i should wait more than one hour in every warrenty visit i really really upset ️️.
I don't want to give even one star this led world.

The best palce to go and see extreme lighting ideas in dubai. They make the best lighting Displays in the town. Worth visiting, infact a must visit if you are looking to do some creative lighting at your home/office.

I had to give 1 star, because there are no options for 0 stars. What a joke! Slow? I have seen snails hibernating in Siberia with a higher resting heart rate than the salesman and cashier I had to deal with. If you are desperate and have no other choices, still walk away. You will find it online with twice as much help, 4 times the speed and without any other further irritations.
