LEGO Certified Store

The service is great, but unfortunately the lego here in uae not like other lego stores in worldwide , you dont get vip points, you dont get to know the proper retirement date of the sets, the prices are really expensive compared to the rest of the world…

Terrible client service from Lego! I really hope no other customer has the same experience as I have. 10 months after buying a Lego set and I still can't get a missing piece delivered to me. Be careful who you buy from. No follow up what so ever.

Best customer service from Mr. Maroun. I didn't have a lot of time in Dubai and because the mall is so big, he set aside the items I wanted for my kids. He went beyond his job description and brought me my receipt I had misplaced to the hotel on the afternoon I needed to leave for the airport. I couldn't have been more grateful.

I really love this lego store it is easy to access and it is one of the biggest Lego stores in the uae.

Lego store with lots of hard to find sets and usual play areas. But oh my the prices compared to elsewhere.look but don't buy.

Amazing selection of lego. I came to Dubai Mall branch to get my boyfriend his bday gift. I was told by Samali that they can arranged the delivery for free which is amazing! Thank you guys and especially to Samali for making my surprise plan possible. Job well done!
