We have a very professional service experience with miguel abdulkhalek (floor manger) on the breakfast time, always smiling and positive, food was delicious and high recommended.

They will tell you pay by scanning the barcode don’t do that because you will pay tips without knowing I felt that abit scamming

I regularly visit this Lebanese restaurant for their amazing salads and appetizers. The food is great, but in terms of price, it’s a bit steep, especially when considering the quality.and quantity. It’s a good place, but you might feel it’s pricey for what you get.

Overall very good, tasty food and friendly staff.

The only issue is, when I got my phone out to pay through the link there was a tip set by default. I don’t like being forced to tip, and I hate seeing American culture plaguing my beloved country.

Awsome experience and excellent customer service from Zayan and Omar and Dia was excellent and food was delicious

Just ate hummus, tabouleh and mixed grill (3 skewers). Really tasty 10/10 and prices is fair too for the quantity served

Nothing Special. Food is ok, portions are relatively small and prices are very expensive for what it is being served. Staff is friendly but they do not keep an eye on the customers.

The food is expensive comparing to the quality, taste, portion.the service is fine although it can be better more smiling more offering.didn’t like the plates and their tea pot and cups

الخدمة سيئة جدًا واحد من الموظفين لبناني ولا مدري ايش يوم عرف اني سعوديه يعاملني بطرف خشمه ويزبد لي! لا كلام لا اسلوب حتى يطنش! واللي معاي عشانها اماراتيه يكلمها كويس! اتمنى اي شخص سائح مايجي لهم لأن لو ما كنت مواطن مراح تلقى خدمة ترضيك خساره الفلوس والله ليتني رميتها بالشارع ولا حطيتها عندهم

لكنه غير مميز (لا يوجد اصناف جديده او غريبه)
الافطار يكفي لشخصين 79 درهم

I would like to give five stars to the staff at Layla. In particular Mahmoud and Dia. They were very kind, warm and welcoming.
I highly recommend this place.
The food is to die for.
Definitely will come back.

Amazing place, I can’t find a word to express how satisfied I am with the full experience. The food is amazing, the service is top notch and the ambiance is so cozy. The team are so attentive and friendly specially Ahmad. All of the food we tried are amazing, but the chicken liver, hummus and Knafeh are a must try. This restaurant transported me to Lebanon in a blink of an eye. Overall experience are next level, highly recommended.

Amazing service by Ahmed and his team. Loved the food and ambiance will definitely come back again.

بصراحة اليوم رحت المردف مول وقلت انا والعائلة بنجرب مطعم لبناني وحصلنا هذا المطعم الخدمة اوك ولكن اعطونا خبز يابس نفس اللي نعطيه للغنم مع حبات زيت زيتون وبصراحة الاكل دون المستوى وبارد وصحن العرايس يادوب اربع حبات والريش تعبانه والسرفس تعبان والاسعار نار حرام التقيييم دون المستوى

We went there for breakfast! Food quality ranges from below average to average!

Price is High based on portion and taste!
For example a fried halloumi cheese platter cost 41 Dhs, two tea with mint 50 Dhs really!
Zattar manaeish is taste less!

Again, I wouldn’t mind paying high bill! But it gotta be worth it! And here it is not.

Overall, will not visit again.

The food not match the value as other restaurants expensive as not need, not special.
The service was very slow.
The Worker should be more polite and attention to the customer.

Excellent restaurant, great lebanese taste, I tried shish tawook, arayes, and grills and it's really great and I will visit it again.

Best Lebanese food ever hard to find great food here but this one is highly recommended the team are helpful and polite

-الوجبات: تم طلب مجموعة وجبات ولكن كانت وجبة الكباب مع البطاطس ناشفة جدا. اللحمة بالعجينة نفس اللحم المستخدم للكباب لم يكن طعمة جيد.
-الاسعار: $ مرتفعة قليلا.
-اتمنى تعديل مذاق الوجبات ليناسب جودة المطعم.

Service: The staff is great and always helpful.
Reception: The reception was excellent.
Hospitality: It offers a set of bread and olives for hospitality, and zaatar bread is characterized by a wonderful taste.
Meals: A set of meals was ordered, but the kebab meal with potatoes was very dry. Meat with dough, the same meat used for kebabs, did not taste good.
Prices: $ a little high.
I wish to modify the taste of the meals to suit the quality of the restaurant.

One of my favourite Lebanese restaurants in Dubai - I have been here multiple times and never been disappointed. After all the rain today, we were craving some arabic fare and we landed up in Leila again. We ordered the spicy hummous, mohammara, batata hara, fattoush and shish tawook and all this came with some warm bread. The service is quick and friendly - All in all I highly recommend the place.

The amount of money vs the portion and quality is worth it.
For the same price you can get the same with salads and condiments and better taste.
First and last time to order from them.

Food is great, staff are not very attentive, you'd have to wait for a little while to have someone notice you.
Appetizers and the rest of the food were very good.

The best destination to have the remarkable well-known Lebanese cousins. It don't need recommendation, it talks about its own

Food is good but some main courses are really small comparing to the prices, for example, try to order a Arayes, you will get a very small portion that is not even enough for a little kid! And when I complained to the supervisor, he did nothing, literally nothing, even though his staff agreed with that the portion is so small compared to its price. I believe that the real cost for that plate was 20AED max, but they charged me 50AED. I was a customer for 4 years but I’m not going back again to this restaurant.

I loved every dish we ordered in this lovely clean restaurant. The staff is very friendly. I just want to warn you that if you’re ordering Manaeesh for breakfast, they are really big so you can share it. The dishes are really generous and worth the pay. This restaurant became my favorite Lebanese restaurant in MCC.

Regular dinner customer, but went for a lunch today. Unlike usual, today it was horrible stafff and hence the service

Authentic Lebanese food, good quality, I really enjoyed the mixed grill. Regular good service as expected.

Horrible staff! They were arguing right in front of us while we were waiting to be seated! And it’s Ramadan! Very unprofessional. Will never go back there again

The food is good but the service is bad and slow. Staff are not keen to help. We took iftar for 4 people and got food for 1 except for the main course. You need to ask multiple times to get the thing you want if anybody looked your way to start with. They serve certain people they know well but don't give any attention to others. Multiple families left the restaurant when we were there due to this issue without even ordering. Please give more attention to service cuz Leila restaurant is not as good as it used to be

The new manager doesn’t know how to run the restaurant business and welcoming the customers and give the correct service. He need a lot

Good food not very extraordinay taste, portions were normal.

I expected their food would be way more tasty. Surprisingly below average and not tasty.

5- Customers Service 3/5 (no one bother to ask how is or was your food after serving it)

Very slow in everything. Takes very long time to attend a table. Spends longer time to give you change. Had the worst konafa. Not planning to visit it again.

A birthday for 12 people. Honor us the youth and hold only ten people. But the food that was brought to the table is not enough for five people. We review them together with the pictures.

Beautiful thing we said now the main plate will come and the surprise came, the grill dish contains a skewer of four grilled meat grits and a skewer of four grates sheesh tawook and a skewer of kofta
It brought four plates, meaning every three people had a plate
That is, each person has a meat grinder, a shish tawook, and a meatballs kofta
Then he brought two bowls of fattoush and two tabbouleh plates. If they were divided into a group, the share of one person would be a spoon of fattoush and a tablespoon of tabouleh and a plate of grape leaves with oil in ten pieces. I told him, man, I did not follow me.
Bread was widely available, thankfully
Then the dessert after dinner is two pieces of kunafa vermicelli stuffed with ice cream with a diameter of approximately ten centimeters and five cups boiled and pudding and rice with milk

Dry and tasteless. Disappointing as lower budgeted Lebanese restaurants have better tasting food.

Poor overall aside from interiors! Painfully slow service despite the large number of waiters. Ridiculously small portions for the prices. The chicken soup was bland. The humus fatta was basically yogurt and mint with checkpeas. The rice with lamb was a joke. The plate was basically all rice with disgusting pulled lamb meat scattered over the rice plate! This place is a joke and they should revisit their menu, chef and service. Better options nearby.

ينقص المطعم اسلوب الترحيب و التعامل و أدب الحديث خصوصاً الموظفين العرب ، يعاملون الزبون كأنه جاي يطلب على حسابهم. تأخر كبير في وصول الطلب ، طلبت الفاتورة ٦ مرات و الموظف يروح و ينسى و يقعد يلف بدون شغل في المطعم! اهمال عجيب

Excellent authentic Lebanese food. Tried the Hindbeh which is a type of green leaves that are sauteed with onions. It was delicious. Also tried the lebanese saucages which were very tasty but a bit too sweet for my taste as they were presented in thick pomegranate molasses based sauce. The cheese rolls were to die for and the kibbeh was just just the right thickness and softness. A marvelous sensory experience. Will definitely go there again.

They changed the kebbeh billaban before it was nicer and fattouch and tabbouleh nicer than beetroot salad. I like their rice with meat
