The company knows to take their fees and keep the parcel with themselves they don’t bother to deliver the parcel to the customers they don’t reply on their chats waste of time many better companies are out there do not deal with this company !

Very bad experience. I have had a very bad experience with them, I have to push them and wake them up again and again saying, "Team, my courier has come, give it to us. And than the answer was" What is an address? Are u serious or u have faith, While you were provided with a complete address. Team need more education about hospitality

Very bad service. First of all I got my parcel like 10 days late then the riders and all the employees had to much attitude. I advice everyone not to try leopard services. Very bad and pathetic service

Worst courier service. After 8th day my uncle picked the parcel from the office. They were about to take more 10 to 15 days to deliver parcel.

Worst services more then one week as of now and there is no tracking number and no update for delivery - parcels is delayed.

Be aware of this unprofessional. Send an amazon package through them they charges Delivery charges from the both end. They collected said there wasn't any of delivery guy available so they send someone from office so he hasn't any invoice for us. But i paid and they charged from customer also. Got a bad review for that. So if you are a amazon seller please stay away from them.

Wrost Courier Serivce.the driver is like a boss.they call me in morning and driver talk very rudely in hindi.and said once he come he will call.he did not tell when he will come.he call me on 1 16.office address and everything is mention on AWB the rude driver he left the area without coming to our address. Not recomended at all.very very poor service.

There office number is switched off. No one is replying to email. Maybe the have closed. Website is still active but no response from Office.

Worst delivery company out there, they offered us great prices so we moved to them and started using their service. Soon after we started receiving complaints from our clients regarding deliveries and it became a night mare for us. Secondly, we tried them for 1 month and we haven't received cash on delivery for all the deliveries. Its been over 22 days and after calling them numerous times, mr vishnu hasnt called us back from accounts.

We will be sticking to fetchr, we have been using them for past 5 years and never really had a major issue with them.

Took longer time to release my package, I did contact their call center after the third day, Mr.a man from kashkha did help to receive my request and release my purchases.

WORST courier service ever. I have been waiting for a delivery of books from my daughters school and i have got the most unprofessional response so far from operations. I do not want to name anyone but please stay clear of this courier service.i have also conveyed the same to the school and they too have the same opinion from many parents about the same person. Such a shame how some employees kill the goodwill of a company.

Among many other companies that I dealt with, they definitly would be the best in comparison of others's performance.
Being late and miss the scheduled appointment is always there with different ratio of occurring.
Speaking of such, I had the worest experience ever earlier dealing with DHL.

Take it down to 3 stars, my first bad experience with them, let see whether they gain it back or will reach to one star.
I took my rating down to one star not for one accidental experience, but because I came to know that they lie on the delivery status when they fail to get the job done on time!
They would lie and keep the comments to their favor put the delay and blame on customers, this is cheating not just being late for a collection or delivery appointment!
This is end dealing with them, I dont mind paying more but I will never deal with a company that cheats on customers.

Very Bad Service. Asked to Collect on Thursday and no one came. No one even collected on Saturday and no one was answering any company phones

I am very delighted with their operations staff and CS coordination, they provide very personalized services to their customers and at times goes out of their ways to ensure consignment are delivered
