Their Mac and Cheese good, the hot chocolate did not have the same flavor as hot chocolate, and the milk cake was average. While their service was satisfactory, there is a significant need for improvement.

I ordered milk cake and ice spanish latte it was very delicious, I strongly recommend it.

Desserets were very good! I liked the vibes and the service especially mr.mohammed shahood he was kind and very helpful, but what i didnt like is that there’s no emirati coffee which it didnt makes sense since we are in uae.

Such a great experience. My friend and I went for a brunch date. Food was amazing, dessert was good - they also made it extra special for an early graduation occasion. The drink that I had - saffron spanish latte - was really good! I 100% recommend. Alex our waiter was super friendly, helpful, and great customer service!

Interior is nice but apart from that our experience was not good. We were denied a table at first outside, due to not ordering “proper food. ” Yet, when we finally got a table outside we were reminded to order “proper food” in order to keep our table outside. We ordered dessert, but again got told it’s not “proper food, ” despite other tables being able to keep their table by ordering the desserts. We ordered the decaf coffee cube, but when we got it, we asked to clarify if it was decaf. The waiter stated it was, but upon drinking it we were very caffeinated, indicating that it was indeed not decaf. 1/2 of our order came way after the first portion. When we got the bill, we were almost forced into giving tips. Usually, you add tip on your own accord, yet we were pressured and asked twice. Upon leaving, we saw another table getting harassed for tips. That is not how you get tips! It made us so uncomfortable! Yeah this cafe looks cute, but the food & drinks not worth it.

I tried the hot chocolate and it was amazing and before all of that i had a hot welcome from a guy named Jason who take the order and made my life easy, I recommend everybody to visit this branch.

While LETO is desserts heaven, the service can be still improved. It’s not first time I’m facing an issue with the lack of service. MOE, Dubai Mall.blue waters - the staff are not so attentive to the guests and you have to do some efforts sometimes to get desired table or etc. Food and drinks are just amazing! No issue. Always tasty, always fresh.

The best cafe in Dubai I really recommend it and the deserts and food that they serve is at another level. The atmosphere is so friendly and the staff as well especially Erwin he’s a joyful staff who’s happy to serve you at the best of his ability to make it the best experience you have in L’eto. It’s worthwhile I highly recommend to L’eto and ask for Erwin.

My all time favorite place for breakfast or brunch in Dubai and london they have healthy options gluten free dairy free but not for the kids menu. Interesting desserts with the best coffee and the outdoor seatings view is just fantastic. But every time I come the Food takes a bit long time to come on the table not like the other leto branches in Dubai.

Food was great. A lot of healthy options in the menu not to mention the awesome dessert choices! The desserts here are heavenly but not too sweet…just the way i like them.
Service staff are also very friendly, helpful and fast. Its a great place to dine in MOE

This heavenly place with spectacular colours of the interior and the dishes is a must try cafe. I went there for my son and sat on their patio facing the fountain for a Traditional Turkish breakfast with Mayberry Mohjito. The food quality and presentation is exceptional. The staff were very accommodating with my 6 months old son. This vibrant gem at the mall will have me back in no time. I have just learned that also have bakery and groceries as well. Fine dining as far as cafe experience goes. The colours bring joy to anyone needing a lift of spirit.

Delicious pastries. We only came for the cakes on display. They actually taste as good as they look. Would recommend the mango sensation and the pistachio cake. Very pricey though and service was a mixed bag. One person was extremely courteous and pleasant while the other kept telling me to wait and never came back. For the value I would say this is a come-once shop unless you are well-off.

Honest opinion, it isn’t a great place from a food perspective. However, if you don’t care about taste, you can enjoy the view from their outdoor balcony seating (don’t confuse yourself got the outside seating by the escalators!)

Service: okay. Not so great.

People: didn’t see many foreigners there, not sure why.

The ambiance was perfect, super cozy but also really chill. Staff was so nice! The drinks were amazing. Jason was super friendly and so welcoming and he makes amazing recommendations, I would definitely come again!

Over rated! We had a coffee time the place was full but steel some seat was available. The staff let us wait 10/15 min in the entrance then we seat we wait again for order they bring drink and after a moment the sweet. The staff was not organised and rude. The sweet are beautiful but not tasty! Overpriced for the quality and the service.

I rate this establishment four-star. The staff are friendly and courteous, when you can attract their attention. The decor, food and location would warrant a five-star rating, but unfortunately I must rate the whole dining experience.

I have used this establishment on a number of occasions, great location and perfect place to meet friends, the service has always been the issue (in my opinion).

L'ETO has entrances both from the street and from the Mall, very good location for parking, with all toilets located within the mall about 70 metres from the Mall entrance. All facilities are top class.

Is it normal to wait for coffee for an hour? I ordered matcha late and nobody told me that it’s gonna be super sweet, so I asked to change it and waited for 50 more minutes to get new one. In the end I never received my new latte.

I ordered sea bass and chicken burger with edamame the chicken was not cooked well and was burned from the outside, the sea bass was good and the services was good in Mirdif city centre.

Food looks nice, but tastes very mediocre. The lobster (with eggs Benedict) that I had was hardly chewable. The service was very slow and we had to wait for about 15 mins JUST to place an order. Absolutely not worth the price you pay for it.

This is a high-end cafe with great quality food and deserts. Extensive menu throughout the day supported by great coffee and even better sweets and desserts. Seating in the cafe and in the mall are well serviced by attentive staff. Prices competitive but food quality amazing.

Beautiful design and concept, very good Milkshake and good Menus. Personal very sympatic and welcoming.

One of the waiter (perhaps the captain) was very rude. We were left there trying to find a place to sit, but were left technically unattended while people have been walking in and taking their tables. The guy just came and technically just told just off without an apology.bad. We had a good timing before that. The waiter that night gave amazing service and the food was good. But this experience has put us off.

I’ve gone to L’eto cafe 3 times and the experience there is right on point. So far L’eto Cafe Dubai branch is the one I’ve been able to go to and their food is amazingly tasty and prepared to perfection. I always request for the terrace and incase of high occupancy I’ve been put on a waiting list and moved to the terrace as soon as there is availability. The service is superb as well characterized by welcoming staff and always ready to serve. Bravo L’eto.

Waiting time for table with fountain-view: 45 min - because of Extra space due to covid restrictions. But worth the wait. Best cakes in Dubai.

Incredible, 3d time over the last 2 weekends we come around 3pm, and there’s never a table for two. Happy you are packed, but what is the way to get in! There’s no advance reservation, plus, although we were put on a waiting list, we never heard back. Great service.

Came for breakfast on a Saturday and was very happy with the great selection of breakfast. The dishes where different then the usual breakfast items, the pictures say enough. Osama the server was brilliant and everything that we needed was there. Will definaltey visit again.

Great food but horrible service! Waiters are not trained and very slow. Everything we ordered took so much time to come. Complained but other than empty apologies not much was done to improve the service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EAT HERE

The acai bowl wasn't really an acai bowl, it was basically a granola bowl with a tiny bit of acai, I had to order more acai on the side with was brought kinda frozen. But in general the staff is friendly and understanding. It gets busy quickly I recommend going early.

Everything is amazing (food and quality) except their service.worst service i’ve ever experienced been there 5 times and same service same employees.also, when u ask for a tea they don’t bring u SUGAR! Unless u ask for it 1000 times

I really enjoyed the experience here. Fantastic service (as you would expect from Dubai). The dessert was great and the Earl Grey was quite possibly the best I've ever had. I hope I'm able to come back soon!

Nice environment, the look of the pastries are amazing, unfortunately the taste is average not as expected. Coffee is normal not a specialty coffee. Tea presentation is awesome with good taste. Brown suger bottle idea is out of the box but unfortunately there were some trace of fungus in thr bottle cap, which is very unhygienic.

Really Poor Service! I had to get up and approach the waiter in order for the waiter to come to the table. The table next to me had two people seated who left because no one took their order. Really disappointed!

BF is the worrist ever, it was great before but it looks owner or mangnent changed. Panckace and res shaksoka don’t belong to food.coffee is great.sevice with no smile and not proffisional.will not come back again i miss it.

L’eto was absolutely stunning! The interior, the ambiance, the presentation of the food/drinks, the taste! The attention to detail was great!

If you’re going in the evening, I’d suggest booking a table outside (if it’s not too cold), as you’re able to watch the dancing fountains while you dine. I’d recommend having the seafood spaghetti, it was out of this world!

I personally would prefer to go to Paul I believe they have a wider selection of dishes but you may like L'ETO. It depends what type of deserts you like.

Salads are great. Main course is brilliant. Dessert is amazing. Drinks and coffee is wonderful. Atmosphere and service is exceptional. Simply one of the best restaurants.

I had a beautiful table in their balcony area, facing the fountains. And my time there gave me the opportunity to enjoy the Dubai fountain show along with my dinner. I started with the soup of the day which was a red beans and beetroot soup- it was absolutely amazing. And then I had the burger with avocado and the spaghetti and both were incredibly good. Then I ordered a signature hot chocolate, with a old fashioned chocolate cake slice and a cheesecake. Not only does the food taste amazing but also looks amazing. For me? I think nothing beats the experience of a good view, ambience, interiors, and delectable food.

This place, the view, food is incredible. Everything I've eaten is tasty and delicious. Also, the people who work there are very kind. That's why you have to visit

اعجبني في المكان هدوءه وديكورات جلساته الداخليه والخارجيه واهتمام الويترز وسرعة تجاوبهم ، قد تحتاج الى الانتظار في حال طلبت جلسة خارجية خصوصا وقت الذروه.
الجلسه في الشرفة الخارجيه روعه مع منظر النافوره البديع خاصة وقت الغروب.
الاسعار مرتفعه قليلا ولكن بحكم الموقع اعتبرها مناسبة.

I love everything about this restaurant. The decorations of the restaurant is very beautiful and plus their food is really delicious. A lot of options for the food/beverages and desserts. I love their sugar-free pancakes. Highly recommended to sit outside and enjoy the Dubai fountain view.

Amazing place to sit, dine in peace, endulge in desserts and drinks and enjoy the breathtaking view of the dancing Dubai Fountain. We were overwhelmed by the variety of cheesecakes and other sweets on show as we entered the restaurant. Staff were very nice, courteous and responsive. You will never regret being there; we certainly won't.

واحد من اروع المقاهي في دبي مول. تتوفر اماكن للجلوس خارج المطعم و تطل على منظر جميل. الموظفون جيدون في التعامل مع الزبائن. المكان نظيف جدا لكن الاسعار مرتفعة بعض الشيء. المكان متسع لذا لا يزدحم دائما. الاهم ان الطعام لذيذ و كذاك الكوفي و تتوفر انواع عديدة من السويت و ننصح بكيكة الزعفران لذييييذة.

I loved visitng Leto cafe in Dubai mall ️ Its such a great space to have a relaxin brunch with your girls/partner/family. I recently turned vegan and i was surprised to see their gluten free and dairy free vagan options and not to forget, it was all actually superrr duperr yummy. Im definitely goong back for those buckwheat pancakes

Service was good, the honey cake was the best among the dessert options we ordered! The Arabic coffee cheesecake is below average while the Millefeuille was ok.
