Food is good and fresh. The only drawback is that outdoor chairs are not comfortable (few cushions are very low and have to be replaced). Service can definitely be improved. Had to replace my coffee to get it right (it was only a matter of making it extra hot).

After very long waiting time and couple of reminders, we have received kids cold kids meals. Very frustrating experience

Aftet seeing the videos in instagram i visited this cafe, we ordered classic milk cake and saffron milk cake it is really yummy and also cappuccino is good.
Only negetive point is staff doesnt come to take orders we have to call them or we had to go to counter. Thts jus a minor issue coz the taste will cover all negetive points of cafe.

‏We had a wonderful time there. Mr Rahil was very interested and helpful and provided us with coffee and sweets in the best way

Went with our kids for a play date and place is just awesome. Loved the interiors, ambience and service
For drinks we ordered mango smoothie and watermelon juice. Mango smoothie was great in taste and presentation. Watermelon juice was just normal and it was pricey too.
And for the mains we ordered, strawberry pancake, shakshouka, gnocchi and croissant with eggs. Pancake was kinda dry and we asked for extra sauce which they happily served. Shak shuka was good too. Gnocchi was awesome
They were having lot of desserts and cakes, but we were too full to try
So definitely coming back to try more

من أسوأ فروع ليتو. تخطى في السوء فرع دبي مول ، هذا الفرع قذر. الشوكة وسخه وما أتنظفت مزبوط والقهوة بارده والمكان مليان حشرات في الجلسات الداخلية، بس عشان طلبت تغيير القهوة زعلوا الجماعة وعصبوا عليه هههههه من أبسط حقوق العميل يطلب هذا الشيء مع أني مبتسم لهم طوال الوقت لكن تشعر بحقد وغل منهم على العميل! ؟؟؟

I have never tasted milk with iced coffee like this in my whole life. The best coffee latte in the whole world.

The service, menu, and ambiance here is truly unparalleled! J. C, as well as the rest of the staff were simply amazing! My new favorite spot In Dubai!

The desserts at L’ETO is the yummiest! We tried the saffron and Napoleon cake which was very good, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming would definitely visit again

It’s very nice place, Roshell whom helped us was very nice & professional & will come to visit it again.

Visited the secret garden.and fell in love with the decor. Beautiful! Loved the desserts! Add them to your list of instagram worthy spots for sure ️

L’eto never disappoints. Food is always up to mark but more importantly the staff are very polite and efficient.
On my last visit had Jason serving me. I was very impressed by his time management and attentiveness towards his guests.

Tried their all you can eat breakfast. High quality good in a calm and soothing environment. Can’t recommend the pancakes enough.

My favourite place in City Walk! Amazing atmosphere, tasty food, always a huge choice of lactose free milk to coffee! Stuff is amazing, the girl who took care of us, Joyci with specs (sorry for spelling, if not correct) was super polite, helpful and had an amazing smile. Also the manager Prashant checked on us few times to make sure that everything was fine. And thanks for new cheesecake recommendation, loved it.
Definitely worth a visit!

Good place, loved the Acai bowl, the pasta portion is too small, service too slow. AMBIENCE, is good, no clear mention of spacing due to COVID-19 safety measures. Customes disturbed after being seated, to maintain social distancing measures.

The breakfast fry up and the cakes are to die for! Friendly staff and the decor is very elegant but at the same time it gives you a feeling of home. I highly recommend this cafe!

I have went for breakfast with my friend. The service was very bad incredibly not welcoming and the order took over 40min until it was served eventhough the place wasn’t full. The staff not friendly the dishes not tasty and incredibly overrated and would never go to this place again or recommend it to anyone. I have tried it in London and it was awesome but the exact opposite experience was here in Dubai

The prices is too high comparing with the portion.juice is 45 dhs for what i don't know.first and last time i am going to try this restaurant

The waitress saw us scanning the QR code and immediately came to us saying are you ready to order?

When we were ready to order, the waitress didn't come before 5 minutes

The cappuccino was below average, the mille feuille pretty good

When asking for the bill, we waited 10 minutes and had to call again and got it after 3 minutes

Paid cash, the change was wrong

Ordered a large Easter bread which was on display but in reality it was at least 30% smaller

Ukrainian girl Oksana was extremely polite and suggested me the best dessert ever. Will definitely come back again and will suggest to all my friends! Keep it up!

I DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS PLACE! SWEETS ARE WAY EXPENSIVE AND THEY WERE STALE AND DEFINITELY NOT FRESH! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I ASKED TO CHANGE THE PLATE BECAUSE I DIDN'T LIKE THE SLICE AND THEY SAID NO? Their best seller was tres leches cake and IT WAS THE WORST AMONG OUR ORDER?

Over priced, such a small size of red velvet cake for 42 AED.quite disappointed with the prices, Products should always be priced according to the quality as well as quantity.

Lovely menu and atmosphere, portions are very small for main courses. Their desserts looked amazing

I love L'eto's coffees especially chemex and americano and also old fashioned chocolate cake is delicioussss

For breakfast its good, but the prices is to much and the service its really bad, and u have to ask for the bread every 2 minute because its really small piece.
I don’t recommend.
