Our Team love Letswork. As a newly formed company we were looking for flexible working solutions to suit our growing team. We've found a variety of spaces through Letswork that cater for our every need whilst enabling us to explore the UAE and build a great team culture, working environment and network with other Letswork members. Letswork has expanded our horizons and has enabled us to effectively work remotely whilst also providing collaborative spaces for us to meet as a team and ideate. I'm looking forward to checking out their locations in other countries and seeing how that will help us tap into talent in other markets!

WORST customer service I ever dealed with. They charged me without my authorization, and refused to refund even i had all the right for that.

The agent refused to reveal their physical office location, which is against the law. Since the law is clear about every company in UAE should have clear address.

WORST experience!

I purchased a plan but didn’t use all the credits, and cancelled the plan. When I came back to the app apparently the credits had expired, without any warning. It wasn’t mentioned on the purchasing page that credits only last for 30 days, and unclear wording on the rest of the website. Customer service refused to give me back the credits. It’s all fine until you have a problem, then they’re completely inflexible.
P. S: They did not send a reminder email that credits are expiring, despite their claim below.

Great platform to find interesting venues to work from. There are new places being added regularly and there’s something for everyone irrespective of what kind of a Digital Nomad you are! Super awesome staff and a great support team!

Extremely poor customer service. When subscribing I used the promo code they sent me (as a new user) and it didn't work so I was charged the full amount. When I called customer service to report the issue, the only answer I got is that there was no problem in the system and there is no way to return the money. The agent was anything but helpful and there was no action to resolve the issue. Very disappointing. Lets work team, your staff need training and you need to put a proper complaint management system in place.

- they renewed my membership without my permission.
- they rejected to postpone the renewed membership because I was out of the country.
- the email I received after raising the complain was so "Rude"

I absolutely love Letswork! It is a great platform for remote-workers. It is easy to use and has helped me discover cool places in Dubai to work from. My favorite spot which is part of Letwork is Ivy’s Secret Garden, it is a true hidden gem. I love that with the Letwork membership, you can work from your favorite spot all day without feeling guilty of constantly having to order food and drinks. I can not recommend Letswork enough. I wish they operated in the US!

I have been very well taken care of. The service was convenient, the app easy to use. And nice little gems to work from and enough choice to find something that matches your mood of the day!

Very cool place to work, very convenient that I can choose a place to work near me.
It is convenient to hold a meeting with employees, as I can find a room in any part of the city. Also delicious coffee!

There is no need to rent an office, because it is more convenient to work with Letswork.

As a freelancer, Letswork is one of my best friends! Not only are the packages affordable and packed with the right perks (unlimited tea and coffee! Among other things), but I also get to choose from a great selection of places to work. So glad to have such a service in Dubai.

Great place to work with a relaxed professional atmosphere, oddly every time I go there and ask someone to do my work no one accepts to do my work - more like - I work.

But seriously good stuff, a much better experience when you enjoy an office environment but forced to work remotely.

The app is user-friendly. Venue staff are well equipped and informed about Letswork. The team are constantly looking to expand the number of venues under their umbrella. Very impressed with this app!

Great app for finding the best work spaces outside the office/ home. And seamless booking experience for meeting rooms, even at the very last minute. Highly recommended

My renewal happened automatically with just a mail without I being acknowledged. When I try to reach them, I didn’t get proper response from them. Without using any of the services I have been charged with AED 1200. When I tried to reach them, they said we sent a mail and considering as auto renewal which is part of the T&C. How of us literally going through all the T&C. Atleast let them see this message and get back to me.

Amazing app for the continuously growing free lance community in dubai! Workspaces in every location you can think of and more opening! Let’s work has allowed me to be much more focused being a freelancer and I can’t imagine what I would do without them.

Letswork make life easy for entrepreneurs, freelancers, remote workers, digital nomads, and everyone who desires a distraction-free ambience for deep work. It is one of the few places where you don't need to tune in to white noise on your headphones to abe able to work. Do check out their solutions for small businesses and enterprises.

The flexibility of locations under a single membership is an abosulte steal. They have so many locations in the UAE that if you (and your team) decide to work out of 1 location each day for the next quarter, you would still not be able to visit all the locations.

The coffee is so good (and consistent) that you would think that Letswork is in the coffee business and co-working is just a side hustle.

Great Initiative by the team, there are days when working from office really gets to your nerve. Their App let's you choose over amazing locations to sit and work or relax ;). Hoping for them to add new locations. Will definitely recommend it to anyone who wishes to work from a different ambience for a change.

Fantastic Idea Honestly! There are many possibilities for where to work, a lovely atmosphere, and a Letswork location is always close by! Every other day, a new office. This app is fantastic, and this is the greatest coworking space firm in the UAE. It's quite reasonable, and you get a lot for your money.

Great app with great locations and easy to use. They provide ample flexibility and option to pick the place to work with WiFi, nice workstations and wonderful ambience. Great value for money for business professionals.

So i am editing my review just because i am regretting that i bought this expensive 6 months and package, at first it was good when i bought it previously for 3 months but now it’s just so bad that it’s better you go and sit at Starbucks and pay for your coffee everyday!
Big cons: Almost all the locations have limited capacity to 2-3 people, when you are marketing your brand and getting more and more customers everyday, how can you expect only 2-3 people to sit at a specific place? Once you go to the location it says FULL CAPACITY and boom, you drove all the way to location just so you pay for the coffee bcs you cannot check-in, most locations are now paid parking, why would i pay for parking that too i cannot sit there for more than 4 hours ofc bcs you cannot park for more than 4 hours.
You cannot even checkin before going so you avoid full capacity issue.

An amazing place for professionals. I admire the concept. In Tough times of covid letswork gave an excellent opportunity to quench your professional space. Recommended with thumbs up

Working from co-working spaces has never been more convenient! I just got a Flexi membership, and was amazed by the amazing cafes at Letswork, and the perks included when you check in, including the unlimited free coffee, makes working so much more fun!

I love the flexibility of choosing the location and package that suits my personal and business needs. You have a wide choice of locations across the UAE and packages that can be as flexible as daily to monthly and yearly with the option to use the packages within a time frame. The team and the app is quite helpful and responsive. Highly recommend it especially in these times when you want to work from home and yet not really at home.

The office work became so much fun and exciting after I started using Letswork Co-working space. Lets work allowed me to make choices of my work place based on my client locations. I've been with Let's work since the beginning. It's a wonderful concept for people who have meetings all around Dubai and who works on their own because you are part of a community.

Bringing together an array of incredible locations, easy working spaces & a great team (alongside some really good food & tea), letswork is undoubtedly one of the coolest start-up concepts in Dubai.

Whether you're a freelancer, a start up owner or an individual looking for some great meeting & working spots, you most certainly do not want to pass on a letswork membership.
