Disgusting attitude from service center of LG in Dubai. First time I meet something like this in my life. They totally spoil the reputation of LG company. I bought the fridge that has weird super loud sounds every 40-50 minutes. It’s not possible to live or sleep in the apartment because of the loud sounds that starts every 45-50 minutes. When LG took the fridge for inspection they just lied that sounds are normal, when everyone who hear these sounds in my apartment are totally shocked. None of the normal fridges have such sounds. None. And I had many fridges in my life. My friends can’t understand how it possible to sleep in the apartment with such annoying loud sounds every 45-50 minutes. And I don’t sleep well after I bought this fridge as it wakes me up 5-7 times during the night because of the loud super weird sounds. Because I can’t sleep well, I started to have problems with my health and with my job. In LG they refused to help and lied that they didn’t find any sounds. What is absolutely lie! And I find it totally offensive that they lie so easily and behave so nasty with the clients. They don’t answer the calls and not even possible to talk with management, they never call back and never connect me with the manager even I asked to do it several times. Very rude and disgusting attitude to the clients! Worst service center ever! I’m planning to call to Korea office or go to police. As I lost 2000 aed on the fridge that not possible to keep in the apartment. Also I started this case after 1 week when I bought the fridge. My guarantee is still working for 1 year, and for more than 10 months I’m trying to solve this problem. For 10 months they lie and refuse to help. Never buy anything from LG in Dubai. Even the brand is ok, the people who work in LG service center in Dubai are totally unprofessional with the disgusting attitude to their clients. I think police need to check what they are doing and how it possible to treat clients this disgusting unacceptable way. As they lost any normal attitude to people and crossed all possible borders. They should not work in this center and spoil reputation of the nice brand. As now after this experience I would never buy LG again. Thanks to worst service team that work in Dubai. They give the brand LG very bad reputation. And I think that LG brand can’t close eyes on this. They should investigate what is going on in Dubai service center and why people only complain about it.
Also as you can see there are many people complaining about this service center but they don’t improve but behave even worse!
Hope LG company in Korea will do something about this service center as soon people in Dubai will hate LG brand because of totally unprofessional people who works in service center. From my side I will try to involve lawyers and police and start an investigation. As what I read here and what I experienced myself is totally unacceptable.

I purchased a LG 65 inches TV from @luluhypr in July 2022 with 12 months warranty. Erroneously from our end the screen got CRACKED. We do understand that the warranty does not include physical damage. We contacted the @luluhypr customer service and @luluhypr after sales service at lulu hyper market in Al Qusais store. Both the departments were helpful and they said they have contacted @LGGulf and their technician will contact me within 3-4 working days to solve my issue. @LGGulf Technician Mr Tony George contacted me and as per him a technician needs to visit my place to check the details of my TV and charges for the same would be AED 125 + VAT. But if I send him my tv model number and screen photo on WhatsApp he will let me know if it can repaired or no. One more technician from @LGGulf also contacted me and he said as my tv is under warranty technician visit will not be charged. So @LGGulf different technicians have different viewpoints and I had a big doubt that they will not be helpful to me. I sent the tv details and cracked screen photo to Mr Tony and he was least bothered in replying to me. I had to wait for a day or so and I contacted him next day by calling him on the landline number and the mobile number he gave me. After multiple attempts Mr Tony answered the phone as he is the MOST BUSIEST TECHINICIAN IN WHOLE @LGGulf. He said one of his team member will call me and update me on the same. I had to wait for 1 more day but no update. I again contacted @luluhypr and ask them if they could push from their end so that I can get a reply from @LGGulf. After multiple attempts of contacting Mr Tony he finally replied to my on WhatsApp that he will check the Screen stock if the same is available we can replace it. Some hope I got. After checking the stock Mr Tony informed me that the STOCK IS NOT AVAILABLE and ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL OF STOCK IS 45 DAYS. WOWWWWWWWW. I was zapped and shocked by this kind of response from @LGGulf. I have cracked screen TV at home which is under warranty but the screen replacement might take more than 45 Days. IMPOSSIBLE. This is the response I get from @LGGulf. This is totally unacceptable behavior from Mr Tony George. I even requested him are there any chances of getting this early he replied NO SIR. I am writing this so that people know how @LGGulf treats their customers. My TV is still under warranty and I am even ready to pay as the screen broke from my end. I later on contacted a local home appliance repair center and they replace the broken TV screen in 2 days’ time. THIS MEANS LG CANNOT GTE THE STOCK IN 45 DAYS BUT A SMALL LOCAL SHOP IN DUBAI HAS THE STOCK. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FROM A BRAND LIKE @LGGulf

Unfortunately lg UAE is not respecting LG brand, they act very cheap and unprofessional, and impacted their brand loyalty, many other brand in uae know how to respect their customers but lg uae is not

Worst ac installation! Those service team put outdoor ac unit at the balcony so not me neither neighbors can sleep due to noise level! They ruin the house, made holes everywhere, not a proper installation.

DO NOT BUY LG, Worst experience ever!

Got charged AED 800 for replacing a motherboard on my LG washing machine, which failed in 3 months.
Service tech came/checked and said that there will be another charge of AED 800 to fix this.
The warranty on their service/parts is only 1-3 months as told to me buy their staff, because they know their product wont last more than that.

This is an update,
Still garbage after they asking me to call them back to give them a second chance to help fix the issue.
Called them twice and they said they will get back in a few mins.
Never got a call back from both after sales people.

DO NOT BUY LG, SAVE YOURSELF!

Very bad after sale service. Lg offers 10 year motor warranty for its washing machine. But when it comes to reality, the customer needs to pay more than half of the price of the machine for the issues sorted.for technician visit they will charge Aed 150+vat, additional services charges. If they provide warranty, they should fix it for the customer.the customer trust 10 year warranty so they brought thier product.in this case lg is not a trusted company. Not recommended at all

THE SERVICE IS VERY BAD.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD.

THE TECHNICIAN TOOK THE WASHING AND AFTER 9 DAYS THEY WILL INFORM YOU ON THE PARTS THAT NEEDS TO REPLACE.
BUT BEFORE THAT I CALLED AND FOLLOWED UP ON THE UPDATE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID, SOMEONE WILL CALL ME ON THE SAME DAY BUT NO ONE WILL CALL YOU. THEY WILL LET YOU WAIT THE WHOLE DAY FOR NOTHING.
THE FOLLOWING DAY I RECEIVED A CALL. TODAY- I RECEIVED A CALL SAYING THERE ARE PARTS THAT NEEDS TO CHANGE AND THEY WILL SERVICE IT FOR 850AED PLUS TAX. WHICH WE AGREE.

I CALLED THE AGAIN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO COMPLAIN BUT AS PER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I SPOKE WITH, NAMED AHMED HE CANNOT FIND ANY RECORD?

ALMOST TWO WEEKS THERE'S NO WASHING MACHINE AND AFTER 9 DAYS YOU WILL RECEIVE AN UPDATE! AND THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH INFORMED THAT AFTER TODAY THEY CAN ONLY DELIVER IT ON SUNDAY?

Want to deal with a company AJM KOOHEJI GROUP B. S. C (C) that disrespected its client in every opportunity possible, read on, Like and Re share!
Recap, After LG has failed to diagnose their washing machine properly the first time which caused a delay of over 1.5 months to get 1 part from Dubai, that is a 10 hour drive by car from Bahrain. LG discontinued building parts for this Flagship Washing Machine after 7 years since I purchased it today, Ironically the 10 year Motor Guarantee is useless without the broken motherboard, Proofs that LG that doesn't support its products till its expected life time. Having paid a down payment for ordering the parts, I had to go and request a refund, because AJM KOOHEJI GROUP B. S. C (C) wasn't interested to even refund my money immediately, no I had to go and request for it. The accountant accepted to transfer the money through Benefit pay, he needed 3 days to process an amount of 9BHD #LOL He calls to inform us that the money is ready for collection, Proofs LG is not tech ready to transfer money online. Share this to the Kooheji's, surely they want to know how their customer is treated.

Worst customer service. Products are good, but we need to pray it does not get issue. Very badly managed customer service centre. Called 2 times today with promise of call back, but no response. No response on their whatsapp either.

It's been 2 weeks without any hope to fix the TV that still under warranty, and I just bought it 2 months back.

Lack of experience and support, Ahmed Samir, the call center manager, lack of customer service. They want me to pay AED2400 for an internal damage that was caused by the factory! Confirmed by Qludeen, the other customer experience team leax.

There is no single scratche on the screen from my side. Such a disappointment experience with LG.

Will stop buy from them and advice everyone the same.

LG products are in high quality.but for a small defect in my washing machine i call alyousuf service center and they sent me a guy from a small shop as a third party technician.he did the job and major defects start to appear. I checked the machine and found that most of the screws are missing (see the pics).

Very surprising that the cost of my TV screen will be higher than the a brand new TV and it is less than 5 years old.i have never seen nor experienced such unprofessional response and service supposedly from a well reputed company like LG.
I called LG call center in Dubai to get immediate action to solve the problem on my TV, the technician came to my place and advised that " Unit with W/B spots - Lens fall - Internal light bulb to be changed and the cost will be between AED 400 and AED 1000 " and this repair should be carried out in service center and Minimum amount of AED 130 was paid upfront as AL SAYEGH BROTHERS Policy.
After couple of days, i received a phone call from service center stating that apparently i have to pay AED 4,800 (Four Thousand Eight Hundred Dirham) to change the TV screen which indeed does not make any sense nor unjustifiable.
Also i was told they will try to find the spare parts to repair the TV within the cost of AED 1000 as quoted.they suggested to return the TV back while they were doing the research for the parts.
The funny part, when the TV was delivered back to me it came worst than before, there were 12 white spots and now became more than 25 spots and the awkward part i received an SMS message stating (your Prodcuct has been repaired).
In conclusion, having paid AED 7000 for the TV almost four and half years ago, there is no one in their good mind will pay AED 4,800 for the repair work.i strongly believe that there is a manufacturing defect in the TV, although LG name being internationally worldwide should attend to matter more professionally rather than tackle the matter as stated above.

Very recently bought an LG G5 and within 3 months of usage the cable got a crack. I had used many other LG phones including G & G2, never expected and experience this kind of cheap quality from LG. All other phones i bought from US and this is the first phone I bought from UAE and now I regret. With very careful use I was suprised to see a crack in the cable. I still have the old G2 cable which is working phone but this new Type-C cables are of very inferior quality, dont know how much LG is going to save from this. Phone is having very high battery drain and battery status is showing Phone Idle as the most used. If the flag ship device fails like this, cant imagine about other models. Expected good quality product from LG and very very disappointed now.
