Friendly to humans and pets. The charges are reasonable. The pet handlers were very nice to our kitty

The worst service, very rude staff, very bad groomers, unprofessional they don’t know what they are doing dirty grooming room they put all pets together this is not hygienic i don’t know how they got their license

All staffs are friendly from reception, groomer and the doctor was great. I would like to appreciate the groomer Mohammad and Michael he made our cat looks more beautiful he is professional from booking my appointment until to completing the grooming and treatment of my cats. Been this place for the first time for our 2months old cat vaccination, received best service, it was clean ambience, friendly staff and thanks to Dr adel.

We struggled in looking for a good vet for our dogs until we found Liberty. Our dogs instantly felt at ease with the doctor & the nurse.

Doctor Samer is very caring to our dogs, we really appreciate your gentle and kind approach to our dogs. They are always so excited to go to the vet now because of him!

Michael is very patient, it can be challenging to manage our dogs when they get scared but he was able to calm them down.

Imani is wonderful and helpful, really appreciate the good customer service.

Highly recommend this clinic!

I came for my pet grooming, the groomer doesn’t listen to what we have to say, my cat got a cut after the grooming. They cut whiskers of the cat and they do not take responsibility of their actions. I’ve been trying to contact with them for so many days they just over charge for everything.

Many Thanks for the good service of Liberty Vet Clinic Al Jadaff Dubai, because of their good service from the Receptionist to the best Veterinary Doctor Nourhan, she cured our cat Freya 6months old and got her Vaccine, Microchip done and Passport, and that's not all because Doc is very Generous, Doc. Nourhan gave us a lot of Freebies like Cat Leash, Pet Wipes and Cat treats.

Great service! The area is clean and accommodating. Special thanks to Dr. Samer for taking good care of our kittens! I will definitely recommend this place.thanks

The VET today, the guy assisting him and even the receptionist —- they’re all very nice and accommodating. I have nothing but good words for them. We brought in our cats because 1 had diarrhea and the other had flu and they took very good care of them. I would recommend this clinic a thousand times over.

Seems like the doctor is not that experienced, I have been to multiple veterinary clinics in Dubai this was the worst, my cat never gets triggered by anything during treatments he is very calm

But yesterday when the doctor tried injecting meds it looked painful and my cat couldn’t handle it and he is not gentle at all

This is not the first time he’s been to a clinic and this is not the first time he has taken a injection, all other doctors loves our cat coz he is very sweet and super calm.

This doctor doesn’t know how to handle pets without any assistance and not gentle enough and he is a bit aggressive.

Plus both me and my partner got injured at the clinic coz there was not staff to help the doctor

Now am not able to move my left fingers and my hand is swollen

Since day one, although I walked in without an appointment but still I was welcomed so warmly and a big by the two employees sitting at the reception (Imane and Michael) and when it came to treatment, the doctors (Dr Nour and Dr Samer) were very knowledgeable, professional, gave me a very clear understanding of the issue and treated my cat very well. They were even so courteous to give me a good discount and didn't charge me for the extra medical services provided. I will recommend all pet owners to go to liberty vetirinery clinic in Jaddaf, Dubai for all your pet health and wellness. God bless

Recently my cat Loulou was spayed here and the next day she was running around the house like normal!

Excellent care, the vets are genuine animal lovers and that means everything. Always bring my furbabies only here for any check ups and if they are ever unwell.

A wonderful young lady welcomed us at the front desk (she speaks several languages) and few minutes later we were with doctors doing the examination such a lovely professional animal loving people.
This was a beautiful experience and I highly recommend the clinic

I think I have finally found my vet place in dubai. Affordable and very attentive personnel, they answer all the questions you have and ensure you understand the problems and the solutions. 6months ago my cat had an accident and I went to liberty Vet and they really did an amazing job as my cat now is as healthy as before. Thanks to Dr Nurhan and Nurse Mike. I will forever be grateful for your help and support. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has pets.

We went here last week with our 3 cats. All staff were very friendly and professional. We were there for a long time because our cats had to do a lot of things. The staff made sure we were well-accomodated. Dr. Nourhan also helped lower our bill by giving us discounts since our cats did a lot of procedures. The overall experience was very pleasant and they definitely exceeded our expectations. We have another appointment this week for our cat and we are excited to go back.

One of the worst vet clinic in dubai they kill animals as they don’t have good doctors at all. Please do not bring your cat there even for vaccinations. They are bad

A neat vet clinic located in Jaddaf. Took my cat for the yearly vaccination and check up, and was totally satisfied with the professional way they handled my pet.

The service here is so unprofessional and traumatizing for the pets. Please review your internal procedures to avoid inflicting pain on people and their pets.

Its my Pet first time to do grooming outside, and they nailed it! They are so gentle on doing it and really they have long patience and we are amazed on everything! All the employees there from booking till the day we went here are very accommodating. Special thanks to dr.nour who did the vaccination, in split second (really fast) and my cat didn’t get the chance to react, thanks also to dr samer, emane, michael and mohammad, they really did amazing Job ️they work with passion, i highly recommend this liberty vet clinic.

The clinic is not bad overall. However I won’t go there again.

Facility isn’t clean.
They are not clear when it comes to prices, two points to note down:
They give you prices without Tax which isn’t common in Dubai. Usually the price communicated should be the one inclusive of VAT.
For the kitten starter package, I was clearly told that 250 includes 2 doses of vaccine. However when I came for second they asked me to pay another 200 which was not cool of them.

Anyway, I don’t recommend this clinic at all.

He is the best solution giver for your problem regarding pet illnesses just take an appointment

Clean and hygienic. My newly adopted two cats got sick due to the stress of being rehomed. Thanks to Dr. Noor, who ensured my cats got well taken care of. They have recovered and are now doing well. Prices were also reasonable. Highly recommended to all fur parents.
