Poor service. Bought one item for that requested for exchange as advised by doctor, without checking they made us visit the pharmacy unnecessarily two times and finally updated after 4 days that exchange cannot be done.

Good products & quality.
Price is reasonable.

Untrained staff selling medicine! I have asked for heating plasters for sore muscle. End up with the most expensive item on the shelf that also did not give me any heat. Terrible customer service. This pharmacy should be reported to DHL.

The worst pharmacy I've ever ordered from. First you have to call them 10 times for them to pick up the phone. Next I waited almost 5 hours for the medicine and still did not get delivered. Tried calling the pharmacy to see where the delivery person is, no response from them. Never ordering from this place again.

Too much time to get delivery. Staffs are so unreliable and so dishonest. Very poor service! Don't offer a service (delivery) if you cannot commit to customers.

I went there today morning. The lady behind the counter ignored me do 15 minutes, even though there was not much to do.
After she wanted to insist to give me less medication as mentioned in the prescription.
After another 15 minutes of ignoring me, I left.

Agree with many other comments about this pharmacy. After such great experience from Life Pharmacy JBR, when living in that area, the delivery service here is terrible. 3 orders, each one well over 1hr past the expected delivery time.

Placed order at 3: 15pm. Told me delivery at 6: 30pm, arriving close to 8pm

Horrible & misleading! Took order for home delivery & then refused saying that delivery time is over.even when the order was placed well within delivery time & location (order was placed at 11pm // there so called delivery time is 12am).

This shop is really bad customer service
The India guy with eyes glass is very rude, the way he talking and answering the question.
We are Paying for price, not taking anything free. Even not say hi or thank to customers. So shame on have this kind of bad service staff. I will give 0 point for this worst staff.

The flipeno guy hes lier nd making rools from hes packet and the Indian guy on casher.i want to buy diane midcen for one lady nd they r lieing they said u need paper from doctor.then i ask since when that rools every month im buying from other pharmacy then i ask can u show me the paper.then he said i will send it by email nd he take my email nd he didnt send something.nd direct when i get out nd i go another pharmacy beside it they give me without asking any paper! This means they dont want let them shop to win nd sell the midcens!

Worst delivery service. 1000 time I called for cough syrup. My apartment is near to 7 minutes distance. It's been 40 minutes they didn't deliver.

This pharmacy has a problems with ther delivery service. I called one hour ago to follow up my delivery but they told me it will take 45 minute but no response after calling they telling us they forget to deliver. They said they will delivered asap but we waiting still now we have pain but not medicine dliver. We think it hope full tonight we call for helpline for delivery but till no response zero feed back for your company no one can help us when we nead a help shame full to you company never ever keep in your shop very shame don’t deserve it thanks
