I had a wonderful experience at Life clinic at Manhattan bldg, Dr. Priscilla I must say she's very approachable and very lovingeven the medical staffs are very kind n helpful

For those who usually get lost this life Pharmacy is on Manhattan Building very close to AMSA1, the parking is right outside and it’s a free parking but I just don’t know for how long you’re allowed to park your car, great place for all your blood screening they usually run specials every month depending on seasonal.

Life pharmacy has this habit of offering vouchers. But redeeming it is painful experience. I bought medicines at Arabian ranches, got a voucher (on my phone) for 75 Dirhams. Then next day when I went to buy medicines at JVC, they were not able to apply the voucher. They wanted me to download the App and go through a process of redeeming that voucher. Pathetic!
The staff had clue what to do in such. Cases, the answer was " Its company policy.

JVC branch has unprofessional staff and they dont attend client well for there query and have rude response

I came to buy few boxes of baby powder and was really happy by all the support and assitance privided by Ramadevi from the JVC branch. She fully provided her support in finding the stock, a box to fit and wrap my items and helped me to take it to my car. She is very kind and helpful. Thanks for such a great experience!

Good in general but not accurate in delivery
Most of the time you need to wait if it's an insurance prescription as they don't have stock most of the time.

Time mentioned here is 24 hours but it is not correct. This is opening at 8 AM morning and closing i think 12 am morning.

The pharmacy is big enough to have all different types and brands or medicine
They also have WhatsApp orders with no delivery fees
Staff are well informed of medicines and conditions so they can recommend based on knowledge if no prescription is needed

Really really bad service…never ever going to order over the call… please stop promoting home delivery services… u cant do as u commit…life pharmacy JVC… pathetic and poor communication

Used to be a good place to buy sports supplements. Price for whey protein rose 50% up. Last time I bought it here. Price difference over a year: from 138 to 199.

Too bad service staff. They never pick the call no matter how much you try. I have to call 15-20 times before they pick and sometimes they don't at all.

I mainly prefer life pharmacy to buy protein powders. They're way too cheaper compared to all others. Muscle Core the brand, they will try to push on you. Don't fall for the trap. I don't see any online review for that and can't comment on the quality or genuineness of the product. Anyhow stick to what is there in your mind. All products are cheap though

I orderd some honey from the online website on the 25th of March. It says shippment is 2 to 5 working days, no one has gotten back to me and neither has my order been deliverd. I tried calling the help center and no one has gotten back to me. This is really un profossional and quiet frankly pretty disgraceful. Please can someone get back to me with my orders status. Ive paid my hard earned money and nothing has been orderd its like im throwing my money away. I will NEVER order from life pharmacy again with this experience. So sad and bad customer service. I dont reccomend ordering online with them ever unless you want to throw your money away!

Pathetic service. I personally visited and wanted 3 products out of which 1 was given. The staff made me pay the bill for the total since "they will deliver the rest when the stock is available to my house". They took my contact details and address. It has been over 2 days and there is no call or update from them. Each time I call, they say they will call me back but of course no updates.
