LIFE CLINIC – Elite Tower

Worst experience ever. Arrived at 12:50 PM with a high fever and difficulty breathing. The doctor started the consultation but abruptly left at 1 PM because her duty was over. We were left there, not knowing what to do next. The prescriptions for tests and medicines were both rejected and required additional input from the doctor, who wouldn't be back until 5 PM, and no other doctor was available. We didn't receive adequate instructions on how to manage the symptoms in the meantime. the whole experience at the Life Clinic was cumbersome and very disappointing.

Very unprofessional, slow and pathetic service.will never go again even if it's free. Don't waste your money and time on them

Went for Platinum Health Check. Fantastic service, very confident in the results and doctor’s advice. Dilru was exceptionally friendly and efficient. Overall a great service and fantastic value for money!

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Test results were ready fast. The gp doctor is very approachable and knowledgeable. It's a great option to keep in mind in the Marina.

The staff at this clinic is very nice and attends to patients very politely and attentively. The service can be recommended and they offer a variety of medical services and Dilru the customer service representative is very prompt to respond to any inquiries over the call and is very kind in assisting the patients.

The services that I receive from Life Clinic is excellent. Doctor explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance.
I am so glad I chose Life clinic and would highly recommend to anyone.

Incredible fast service! I got the full blood test Sunday morning and got my results on Monday (today) morning and they even gave me a free consultation with the GP. All the staff are friendly and the nurses are very sweet as well. Super fast process I didn’t even wait in line.

Avoid this place for any critical emergency.

I do not recommend this clinic, even if you are in critical condition as they will fail to help you mainly if you need any follow up after working hours.

Go to any other clinic, go to kings college hospital marina, its just 5 minutes away

No one is available after working hours, Life pharmacy team will not take any action or responsibility stating they don't have access to Life clinic system.

We did PCR test for travel almost 24 hours ago, our flight is in 3 hours, no one is able to give us any answer why there is such delay even they informed result will come max in 10 to 12 hours.

PCR test results wasn’t sent to me. Had to follow up with multiple times. Eventually result was sent to me, but Alhosn app doesn’t get updated.

Staff don’t respond, make excuses and give incorrect information.

Very good customer service in this center. Mr. Nikhil who is the staff of this clinic provides me with good service and helps me very much.he is very professional, and good attitude towards me.but actually, there is a time delay for processing because only one staff, he was do all the job. I see many clinics in Dubai, but never see a nurse doing all the staff work alone. Maybe your management not thinking about the staff facility.this is an example of the negative work culture of management. I don't know.otherwise, there is no problem.staff gives me good service.

Extremely non cooperative clinic.
I was in crazy due to a nerve pull & this was the closest clinic to me so i requested them to send a nurse for 5 mins to see my pain. They denied point blankly. The clinic was totally ruthless to deny the visit or any help possible.

Clinic waiting time for blood tests is crazy
Had to wait for 2 hours and only 5 patients were waiting

The staff was very unfriendly. For a simple blood test, had to wait for 2 hours. I saw the blood samples on the floor. Not properly being taken care of. Blood test accuracy will not be good at all. I heard a man arguing for refund for the same issue of blood test and they were refusing him the refund. That’s when I realised not to waste my money here. And I just left.
