Appointment at 4: 30pm, waited 45 min and still no doctor… waist of time. I Don’t recommend

From the first day that I went into Life Medical Centre JVC, I was shown so much empathy and care as I was quite ill. I was amazed at how diligently the nurses and doctors worked on the first day I came in, to find out exactly what was wrong with me.
I have just been back for a check up and I am 100% healed.

Worst experience ever.they are only here to make money and not concerned for the patients health. Appointments with dentist and the clinic did not even bother to notify that doctor not able to come due to some reason. When we reach there, we came to know doctor on leave and clinic trying to push for another doctor instead of making an effort to inform in advance regarding the situation.

Receptionist needs to learn how to deal with patients. I came and waited for 20 min to be registered and when i pointed it out to her that i think there's a mistake that it's taking too long for me to be registered she dismissed me directly and told me doctor is busy. I went again and told her it's not about the doctor i am still not registered and it's been 20 min she checked and turns out there's an error in the system and still she acted very rude even with her supervisor standing next to her and telling her to stop behaving that way and telling me i will never say sorry! Very unprofessional and rude staff. When errors happen people say sorry that's the norm!

Orthopedic Doctor Kirti Mohan is very caring, experienced and always provides personalized experience.

Physiotherapist Muhammed Fasil and Suhani Iqbal are highly recommended for your physiotherapy needs, very caring and attentive personality and very passionate. Nurse Shilpa is true examples of nursing care and she is asset for Life Clinic

I visited the clinic for an x-ray service. They provided us the x-ray reports within 4 hours. But they didn’t provide me the x-ray images in cd or via email.my doctor wanted to see the Images for analysis so i sent a reply mail reuesting for it. As i don’t get a response to it, i called them on the number 04 3441122 and customer service guy said they informed the radiology department to share it and will get in few hours. Until now i haven’t get the images yet.

I called them yesterday and customercservice repeated the same and also informed the radiology department will call me back. Luckily no one called me yet and requested images were not shared too.

I came three times in a raw, never honored their timings for appointments. Don't follow the procedures. It's always something wrong in this clinic. I'm very very disappointed!

Too slow service we had to wait for 1: 30 hours only for minor issue even though there was not much of patients
