Today I visited Life Pharmacy, Etihad Mall branch. I need some medicines. There was a checkout employee talking on the mobile phone. A private call. She was of Indian nationality. She was wearing a head covering and medical glasses. She did not like me waiting. She frowned and made a hand movement. I waited. She left me and went to another direction to complete the call. When she was about to leave, another employee came. And you helped me. Does the Live management allow leaving the client? Please look into the matter at the time of the visit in the morning between ten and thirty.

Very bad customer service, i went to buy the techcell creatinine powder and the price was 127dhs on the cashier they said it was 200, i check with another brach they said the price changed two weeks ago, but etihad mall branch said it changed only one hour ago and started relabeling all the products on the shelf, when i asked about the manager he was talking to me all the time but refused to admit who he was until after 15 mins of arguments and he had an attitude and told me to call the call center for any complaint and didn’t care at all, this branch needs better management someone who actually does his work, the staff also left me waiting for an answer without asking me to wait and hurried to change the product prices, the “manager in the white coat” are the ones whom I experienced this bad experience with

The worst pharmacy I could ever visit,
When ever I ask for any thing, they say "we don't have", and the they guy with white coat is rude.
