Worst service! Not the first time I've been calling them for medicine delivery.takes 4 hours to be delivered when my house is literally 5 minutes away. After i called them finding out that they canceled the order because the medicine was out of stock without informing me the reason was that he forgot to call me back. Worst customer service and worst staff

I can say one word for this shop it's like a one in all. Nice, parking space available most of the time

Very bad customer experience. I was facing headache and nausea with the mutivitamins suggested to me over the brand I asked for. I request to change the product and the manager and staff was trying to convince me that only I have an issue and I need to continue using the same. I been shopping from life pharmacy for over many years but only from this branch I faced issues on customer service.

من أسوأ الصيدليات خصوصا فرع ام سقيم البرشاء ١ اخذت ميزان وطلع فيه عيب ورفضوا يرجعوه وأخذوا الفاتوره على أساس يودونه للموزع ولما ضيعوها اتهموني انا بضياعها ادارة كذابه
لا غلط كلامكم اخذت الميزان على اساس تظبط لكن نفس الغلط الميزان معطل ويعطي ارقام غلط
