LIFE Pharmacy - New Salahaldin

Sales representatives here are not helping customers and exhibit negligence. I have purchased a thermometer from Silicon Central Mall Life Pharmacy twice, and they changed it again but with no use. I asked them for a refund. They issued a voucher. With that voucher, I purchased a baby shower gel from the pharmacy, which is next to the Cefeteria Silicon Oasis Shop. The lady over there didn't give me a new voucher with the remaining balance, of which I was unaware. And now, when I asked for the remaining amount, they were asking for a new voucher, which the lady sales representative DINT ISSUE new voucher. Was it my fault? How do I know about this voucher procedure at Life Pharmacy when they don't explain it? I want my balance back. Do not do this fraud. DONT CHEAT PEOPLE.and they don't even reply when we ask justice

I love this pharmacy organized, they have good customer service and lovely staffs especially JESVITA.

This branch never answers the phone calls made in the night. Though it’s mentioned the pharmacy is open for 24/7. I haven’t ever got through a call made in the night to order my baby’s formul milk

Outstanding experience, really excellent service and support. Ask for Dr Ethar she was very helpful, even she arrange my medicine from other shop and delivered to me less than 1 hour.

Guys don’t buy any nutrition supplements from them they are very expensive compared to iHerb website. They are just pretending that they have the best price but it’s just a big lie I bought this five items and it cost me around 540 AED. After I checked on iHerb website for the same the total cost is only 345 AED with tax end customs fees

Very poor customer service. Waited for 45 minutes to attend just because the pharmacist was busy submitting another insurance claim for approval. Empty promise of delivering. Had to follow up atleast 5 times to get a medicine for the baby. Finally called the head office and got the medicine in 1 hour.
