The staff at Samer pharmacy karama is very helpful always. They are very attentive, caring and detail oriented.

Very Good and Helpful Staff they have given the detail description about the products and services was also very fast.

I had a great experience with this branch life pharmacy, staffs are really humble and do the needful more than as we expect. If im right, one of the pharmacist Mr.sandhru his way of receiving customer are really great and way of handling the customer with his experience and knowledge it's amazing.

Zero customer service. Didn't accept to offer help while my request was valid.
Refused to return the item.

Hi all pls make sure when u buy trister heating products or any other electronic products check it and buy. I insisted on checking the product before buying but was assured that it will work fine.when it dint work as per therapeutic needs.there is no money refund.u will get a credit note of 6 months validity.
"Trister"heating products dont heat up at all.so not worth the buy.
I bought the product and return in less than an hour.no matter how much the pharmacist assure u.make sure u check and buy.specially the heating pads.
