Mushina was very helpful to sort out my medicine for Influnza A, i was in pain. She went out of the way to help me. My bad rating is due to the noice of a management meeting in the pharmacy, they all were blaming someone over deliveries, very disappointed that i have to listen to it. Loud and annoying

The services given by Ms Sonu G Nelson was very swift & good, except for the delay when she had to contact the IT department for the clarification about the family pack price. She told me just wait five minutes to check the price, and I said to her, I hope it is not the indian style five minutes that is thirty minutes or one hour, but yes it took more than thirty minutes, so it was indian style timing. My loss of time was someone else gain. Co-ordination requires improvement. Joseph

The promotion they have is misleading. There are limitiations if your getting your prescriptions under insurance. I had a prescription way back 3 months and they gave me a voucher. Now i did a refill with the same meds and they are saying that its not qualified. I think they dont want to provide the voucher coz my meds cost a bit high. Do not just get your medications on any life pharmacy. Better yet check it first. I expected this voucher and now im really dissapointed. Staff is who assisted me is good though. Only their promotion is not good

Very bad service. It seems they are running super market, even they don’t know importance of medicines. #ministry of health should take action. Waiting for medicine deliveries from 3 days. 15 calls in 3 days, I was promised delivery every call. Still have not gotten my medicine. Really better buy medicines from other pharmacies and don’t put you life in trouble and just go somewhere else.

I have waited 40 minutes just get panadol and flumed. Prescription was given but pharmacy forgot to take order. Please increase staff since high volume patients coming from clinic next to them. If I didn't approach after 40mins, I would stayed longer

Yes i had also a very bad experience. Other life pharmacy locations are good. Please dont visit this branch.

Hi every one who planned to buy medicines from this pharmacy, please do not waste your precious time as today I ordered my complete diabetic medicine and told the pharmacist called sujith that I need this medicine to take it night and he confirmed that driver gone for another delivery and as soon as he comes he will send it… even after an hour so there is no response I called this guy and he said simply that there is only one driver!?

I waisted my almost two hours for medicine costing me 860 Aed. Trusting this people will deliver and now I have to go out and buy!

I have dealt with more than 5 Life Pharmacy branches
This one is the worst one
1) they are very lazy
2) they are not reading the prescription and the doses should be taken
3) they are reluctant to deal with the customers
4) even you visit the pharmacy they are taken long time to attend to you
I am recommending this branch to anyone

Poor service. The phramacists look confused and one day a lady got very angry with me just for nothing. The insurance prescription gives a cash back of 25 percent but they always say some excuses and it never gets added to your app in Life pharmacy. No response at all even with continuous follow up.poorly trained pharmacists!

Very bad experience with Life Pharmacy Uptown (inside MediClinic). When I visited the pharmacy on 10th of January, they promised me that they will deliver the medicine on the next day. When I called them on 15th, the told me that they will call me back but I didn't get any call. I again call them on 17th and got the same reply that "we will deliver". Since timeliness of medicine is crucial, the Life Pharmacy Management should take this matter very serious and ensure the timely delivery of medicine. Otherwise please don't make false promises.

Very very bad customer service!

My experience as below:

1) They don’t tell you the non available medicines while submitting the prescription for insurance approval, after approval is issued they will inform you that the some of the medicines are out of stock, and ask you to check from other pharmacies, when you visit other pharmacy they can’t submit the prescription for insurance approval again as they get message saying that approval was already been issued to the life pharmacy. So you are left with no option other than pay for the medicine at the other pharmacy or visit the life pharmacy again and request them to cancel the approval again. However, this is is supposed to be done before they send you to other pharmacy.

2) Insurance rejected some medicines for some reason and I was told that they will rectify this with insurance team and deliver the medicines to my address and I was asked to leave. However, no medicines were delivered till night 9: 00PM and when you call them for follow up they will simply say that we will check and call you back and no one returns the call. Health related matters are very crucial and they need to be efficient and punctual with their promises to the customers. Overall a negative energy in this pharmacy and it is obvious from the reviews of other people.

Very bad customer service, unprofessional & disrespectful employee (the Arabic lady). I was standing in the line for more than 10 minutes and they were 4 free employees and one employee is already helping the customer before me and no one even tried to ask me what I need because I was keeping social distance and was waiting for their help, and when I ask for help the Arabic lady was rude to me and disrespectful unfortunately

Don't deal with them their services is very bad they promise for delivery but they not do they keeping you waiting for nothing this thier way for serving the customer

Horrible strategy of pharmacy. Stock almost expired. Bought products that smell very bad, however, expiry date is OK. Staff ignorant. Ridiculous offer for discount if 50 Durham's that can not be used to purchase any product bit medication. I believe one of the worst pharmacies in city

Very bad customer service. A prescription submitted yesterday at uptown mirdiff pharmacy in Mediclinic, in the afternoon and still haven’t received the medicines. Nobody bothered to call and inform also that there is an issue. Disgusted! When I spoke to the pharmacist they informed me that it is not their problem. Goes to show how much empathy you have for patients.

They never answer their phones. No updates. Currently waiting 7 hours for chronic medication to be delivered.

Bad customer service. Kept me waiting for more than an hour for fever medicine for a child. The driver only moved from the pharmacy after I called them for the 5th time. So inconsiderate. They could have told me earlier it will take long time so I can order the medicine for my child from somewhere else

Big pharmacy have a wide range of products, basically most of the things I need are always available. Just their delivery service is really bad or atleast my experience with them was not pleasant in that aspect.
