The team at Mira Town Center are amazing and very helpful. They are very professional and always assisting with any request I have. I highly recommend the team at this branch.

We like this pharmacy and wanted to especially appreciate the trainee Suher (hope that the name is correct), for few months we get incredibly nice and brilliant service from her. Recently, it is very rare to meet such attentive pharmacist.

Avoid this pharmacy unless it is the only way to survive a zombie apocalypse.
I never thought I would write a negative review about a pharmacy, but this is probably the worst in Dubai. They consistently share incorrect delivery times (promised 10 minutes, extended to 70 minutes), basic kids' medications are primarily unavailable, and prices are, of course, higher than in any other place.

Very commercial, claiming they have a loyalty programs but in fact they dont care to keep regular customers! Stayed with them buying regularly every two months for more than 700 dirhams on average and when their voychers expired by one day they said there is nothing ee can do! Keep the voucher im switching elsewhere!

Never deal with this pharmacy unless you need something urgent. They are too greedy. We bought neck massager, then we found it on Amazon twice cheaper, they refuse to refund us regardless any consumer protection law in UAE and offer credit to be used in limited time.
I think they have no sales because the clutch any amount, big or small and their “policy” - nothing out! Only in!

The new manager is not welcoming at all and has no hospitality!
Everytime my old parents ask for products, and since I am an old customer and have a special discount, he tell them that he did the discount and in fact not doing it.
Today for the second time, he delivered the same product of last week with no discount, noting that last week he did the discount.
I called him to ask him, he was impolite and closed the phone in my face. I called him a second time same thing. I had to go and face him and so he called the security.
He is trying to be smart but this will hurt his outlet.
I am not buying from here anymore! Looking to report him to his manager

The Life Pharmacy is great to have in the Mira community. You can fill out your prescriptions and even have your medications delivered to your door. P. S. They also accept credit card payments for home deliveries.
