LIFE Pharmacy - New Al Kanz (MAG 214)

Poor advice by sales team. Only interested to sell expensive products which are supposedly on offer. I repeatedly asked about ingredients and efficacy of what was being sold. Was reassured it had menthol in it to unblock my nasal congestion. It turned out to be a lavender blend which does nothing to help congestion and it was very expensive!

The individual recently visited a pharmacy for some medications and found them to be highly helpful.

So bad customer service esp in the evening, Syyed is very rude and hangs up when asked about medicines. Only morning CS is good

The staff are not ready to help they want only sell and sell as much as they can. Visit them with my insurance card and prescription from my clinic to get some medicine ones it was rejected the staff even didn't try to call the insurance office and check what's acsactly heppend. Please keep it up Bravo.
