Staff are very helpful. Went with a Dr's prescription. The erx number for insurance claim was missing. So they told me (knowing I was pretty sick) I need to go back to hospital and get it. On way to hospital, we stopped at another pharmacy (Aster) and presented them the Same asaaprescription. Without even asking Mr for thr erx, THEY called the hospital and got the details. Giving a great customer experience and Making my life easier.

Not a good experience in an early morning.
Went to this pharmacy at 5: 30am to get some sore throat medicine and a thermometer. After buying and returning home, I tested the temperature of my son who had a fever, but the thermometer didn’t show anything. I tested it myself and it didn’t show anything. I went back to the pharmacy again, and the staff on duty tested it and found no numbers. After pressing the button a few times, the number came out to be more than 34 degrees, and it looked like 35 degrees. He brought me a new one and I tested it myself and it was 35.1 degrees and it was 35.1 degrees under the armpit, is that correct? Common-sense people's body temperature is more than 36 degrees, but the clerk actually said it was correct, because it showed. He took a new one and tested it himself, and it was 35.2 degrees. I said this misleads the body temperature and needs a refund. He began to say that the company stipulated that no refunds could be given. When selling a thermometer that was inaccurate in reading, he even said confidently that the company stipulated that there would be no refund. Is there such a company? At my insistence, he called the customer service. The customer service Salaam communicated with him on the phone for more than 20 minutes to do various tests and asked me how to use it. Finally agreed to refund after keeping me waiting for almost 40 minutes.
If it is an oral drug, I understand that it cannot be returned, but this is a thermometer. It is a thermometer with misleading readings. Is there any reason to sell a thermometer with inaccurate readings and not give a refund? Although at my insistence they agreed to issue a refund, the whole experience should have been resolved within 5-10 minutes and they just wasted almost an hour of my time. This matter can be confirmed by Mr. Salaam.
As a pharmacy serving residents, the quality of medicines and equipment is the key. Inaccurate readings of the equipment will delay the illness. My son obviously has a fever, but the test cannot show it. I don't know how the company can sell such an instrument? Life is still a chain store with many stores. I hope that the product quality can pass the test. More importantly, I hope that the store staff can consider the customers and not use the company's procedures to refuse customers' reasonable requests.

This pharmacy has a good people with kind heart perhaps if they getting complaints they are trying to solve as soon as possible, as a customer I really appreciate their work and obedient for their company policies.
I suggest its a great pharmacy to deal.

Terrible stuff
They have no idea about pharmaceutical job.
Every time I have to explain to them the medication and I give them the name.
I give them the pictures from Google
They couldn't get it or they don't have it most of the time.
I have given an equivalent but still there are not able to provide it.

My biggest issue is when they try to give me something totally different and they try to convince me that it is the same.
Just to get me out from there.

I have asked him to call someone from their team of doctors to ask for a help
He simply said that they will not answer him.

What a great LIFE PHARMACY is.

Terrible, horrible experience with the person on call and whatsapp they took my order at 6 pm until 9 pm they refused to send me medication i am seriously i’ll with my son waiting on them and when i called they spoke to me rudely and hung up! Totally unbelievable! Reason we order medication is because we are sick it’s needed on emergency basis and if they cannot do it they need to communicate accordingly.

I always use Binsina for pharmaceutical products, however I have been using Life the past week, and the Cashier or the staff that works there is very rude, unprofessional and sometimes he just doesn’t give change. I sometimes buy stuff for 15-20AED and he never gives me my change if it’s either 2 AED or 1AED he never does.
Hopefully Life management do speak to him or train him to be respectful towards customers and hopefully next time he won’t steal my money because I will sue the company for this behavior!

They almost always do not have something! Even if it is very essential! It is just so annoying! And now that this is the only one in JVT just save your time, avoid inconveniences, and get your stuff from outside! I am recently trying to avoid all Life pharmacies honestly due to overpricing of some things!

This guy had me waiting in front of him for more than 2mins while he was having a personal call, he tried to disguise it as though it was business related call but it was obvious, the other guy working was serving someone else and he almost asked him to serve me as well.poor attitude.

I have have had excellent service here before especially with the Arab lady that works there but this guy was so disappointing I had to post this here

Needed a medicine and called to check it's availability and they said it's available. Made a special trip from Ras al Khaimah only to find out they didn't have it. Really bad experience. Also no space to park, better avoid unless you want to wait a long time to park your car.

Terrible service. They never answer the phone when its 30 minutes before they close. Clearly not interested in well being of others or even in business!

Great location and great service. The pharmacy is really helpful and friendly staff who seem to genuinely care about ensuring the customer gets the products and service. They offer home delivery, which is a great plus for patrons.
They are situated in the Imperial building.
Convenient location and there is usually a parking spot directly in front of the pharmacy, but unfortunately it is not available, good news is that there is no parking fee here.

Located in the Imperial Residence building. They provide home delivery to the JVT community. The pharmacist is very helpful.
