Life Pharmacy

Terrible customer service! We did a significant shop there they put all purchased products in a tiny paper bag which broke a few minutes after we left. We wanted to exchange one of the broken expensive bottles. Manager refused to exchange saying "it wasnt shop policy" however the bottle could have been broken even before during transfer.

Would like to express my utmost satisfaction with the service provided by this pharmacy. The staff members were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout my entire experience. The staff called Mis Leema she was so helpful

Satiya is AMAZING! Always so warm and kind, helps me out with question, inquiries, and deliveries. He’s knowledgeable about whatever I ask him. Honestly a great pharmacist whom I trust and enjoy working with.

Acute nappy rash for affordable price where I was suffering for 2 wks with other pharmacies giving me random and some very expensive creams. Thank you so much

I just call someone tonight 14/01/2022 in 1: 30 am and he didn’t want to help me for delivery and he didn’t want to answer his so rude rude rude

I didn't like their Lazy Job from Morning 8: pm I ordered diabetic strips for me to be delivered at my work but it was worthless, ibn Seena and other pharmacies is the best, I will never deal with them I end up the whole time waiting for the Delivery and I couldn't check my Sugar @ work.poor services from Al Garhood branch life Pharmacy my delivery has been sent to Nad al Hamar Phsrmacy @ 9: pm but never reached me

They dont inform that promotion items can not be exchanged. I bought protein but wanted to change flavor only and they caused big fuss about it. Zero customer service. Double check before you buy anything they dont tolerate returning and such.

My experience with this branch is always pleasant. I've been ordering/buying from here for 6 years now because I live very near by. They have most of the things that I need and if they don't they always order it form another one and send it. Last night I needed a lens solution urgently and one of the staff sent his colleagues up at 4am just to give me the medicine. Great staff!

Very good service, my 4month old son got feverish at 3: 30 am had to call them for delivery of some meds. They delivered within 30 minutes and the person i spoke with over the phone was clear and helpful. Kudos to the Life Pharmacy Marina team!

So unprofessional. I called to ask if they had a product, they said they would send me pictures through whatsapp, never got back to me. Called them back, they didn't even apologize. Another times, it took them over an hour to deliver, and im in the Torch Tower which is right next door. I recommend going to Aster Pharmacy in Marina Pinnacle (aka tiger tower).

Terrible customer service. So far, within 3years, only one person there was really helpful.
