I work in a big agency and every month I buy at a pharmacy near MAG 218 for the amount of AED 500-900.
And every time the pharmacy staff serve me perfectly. They are polite, always work quickly and qualitatively.
But a few months ago, the entire staff of the pharmacy changed. And the new hires are very rude, slow and abrupt.
Especially an elderly man with a mustache who worked there on the evening of November 15 at 10: 30 pm.
I waited 10 minutes in line until a person complained that one of the pharmacy employees did not call him back.
Finally it was my turn. The cashier was rude to me. I answered him the same, to which he said that he was working alone. Of course, I can understand that he had a hard day, but before him only one employee worked in the pharmacy in the evenings.
I hate to complain, but it was very unpleasant for me that the cashier did not respond to the person who was angry with him, but snapped at me.
The old staff were much better.
