Excellent service. Been customer for few years and home delivery always on time. Staffs are very accomodating and knowledgeable. Given option for offers most of the time.

The staffs were very good. Especially Fathima fazil, she detailed me about all the implications of the medicine.

Recently had visited this branch, and it was quite commendable that the staffs were very cooperative. Especially Mrs Anju, she was very patient enough to listen to me and address it appropriately. I highly recommend this pharmacy as they will provide you with best services and appropriate medicines.

I don’t normally share reviews but my experience with REAL 10 -LIFE PHARMACY has been nothing less than professional and simply the best experience I had with a pharmacy. Vignesh helped me a lot to find the item I was looking for and he was very friendly, patient and supportive.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!

If I can give 0 star I WILL. I won't forget the name Ms. Shruthy (staff) that I spoke over the phone today. She's not letting me to speak, always interrupting me when time I'll say something. Very rude staff. She's not a good asset of the pharmacy. Not at all.

Poor service! I ordered something and they didn’t ask for location that was already in the chat, they didn’t pick the phone. They delivered the items after midnight after 3 hours

The worst customer service ever and a disgrace to represent the brand of LIFE. I have been ignored on WhatsApp and on phone while asking for wound dressing material.

Very helpful staff when I called for the delivery of my medicine in the middle of the night, normally the delivery will takes 30 mins but when I told them that I need my medicine due to my high blood pressure, the gentleman man who bring my medicine rang my doorbell in five minutes Thank you for a great service I appreciate it

Its been an hour. I ask lady to deliver 1 cough setup. My building is 2 minute walking distance. 2 times I called her. Till now they did not deliver. May they are waiting for my death. I am unable to breath. Donot order anything. You will waste your time.

The pharmacists here are giving prescriptions to the customers. I don’t think that they are allowed to do that. They should have been trained not to give any prescriptions to the customers when it comes to products used to cure or prevent diseases such as antibiotics.

Other than that the pharmacy is in good location in the heart of Al barsha 1 near to a lot of residential places. They give discount when you ask for and they accept returns. They have wide range of supplements and cosmetics.

Very helpful and supportive staff. What I like the most about their service is that they are also reachable via WhatsApp and provide a card reader on delivery. Such tactics are essential in the digitally adapted environment.
