Nice and friendly staff. They are very accomodating. Good location.Will recommend to family and friends.

This particular branch employees always try and con the customers. They recommend more expensive meds at first. If you don't do your homework and blindly trust what they say, you will end up overpaying and they of course, make more commission on the sale. They never advise anything generic. Just what's more profitable for their pockets the is the second time this happens, by two different pharmacists. A man and a woman. Both same nationality.

I had a fantastic experience with Ms. Stefy, the pharmacy store manager. She efficiently took my number to check inventory and impressively called me back within 10 minutes. Her quick and exceptional service truly stood out.

Excellent seevice and professional staffs. They have wide range of products to choose in all categories.

I ordered a vitamin C tablets from this pharmacy. My order delivered with in 20 Minutes by SHAHRUKH KHAN. He was a nice person and his behaviour was very good.

At business bay they r open 24 hours and staff is really really helpful and cordial for customers

Ok, so I've been a customer of Life pharmacy for a while now, also considering they are located a few minutes away from my residence, it's convenient.
I use their delivery service, since it has been quiet reliable (MAX 1 hour of wait).
Now let me get to the bitter bits of today's incident.
1. Prescription and related documents sent to them at 6: 30 PM.
2. Insurance approval received quiet soon after.
3. It's now 10: 45 as I write this, and there isn't any sign of their delivery agent.

From 7 PM the response has been "20 mins away sir".
To add to the dismay, they choose not to answer calls or respond to messages.

If they had been honest and told me they were unable to fulfill my delivery, my options would have been:
1. Order from another place (which I cannot do now, since the insurance approval is done on their system)
2. Have someone pick it up

But whey rob me of my options, letting my health get worse (I've got a viral condition that seems to be getting worse)
Bottom line, what does this tell us? Are they actually trained to hold the meds hostage even if they aren't able to fulfill the order? Does life value $$ over Healthcare? Is this the doing of one particular rep of the company, or the DNA they live by?
None the less, I hope this review helps someone.

Two floor pharamcy with good collection of sports nutrition and all. Bad shopping atmosphere, too hot inside. Visited twice in this month, seems managment switched off AC to save electricity bill

Its big and staff is so helpful, specially one indian boy and one lady so helpful, even they don't have stock for medicine but they arranged for me

I bought one item in Life Pharmacy business bay near metro station 3 days ago. The item was not available but they can arrange within 2 days, however I was waiting for their call but no one update me. I was expecting to have that item as it really urgent. I trusted they can arrange so I paid also. In next day, no one called me so I followed up again, but the same words they keep telling they will get it by evening only. Really disappointing! For urgent matter, how to rely on this type of service?

I bought from them digital thermometer (Trister)
First there is no any safety sticker to ensure that you are the first one who used it second it's not working always gives error or low.
Then i asked to change it in the same day they didn't accept and asked me to leave it until they check with the management.
After they did someone called me and told me it's fine to change it but not to take my money i can get the amount as a voucher which i can only use it with them, i said no problem when i went back to the pharmacy asked to get my voucher the sales man refused and gave me back the thermometer in the same situation.

Finally it's 20 AED thermometer, what if i bought something expensive.

Very bad experience will not buy any thing expensive from them.
