Didn't get the delivery on the day we were expecting.no information about when we are expecting a delivery.this all will happen once you place order with them.while placing the order they will ensure you.that you will receive it within an hour.or by an evening.then they will disappear.pharmacy hEld your call by saying that they will call back.and you will never heard back.poor customer service

This review is for the delivery service at Life Pharmacy in Al Wasl.
I submitted my prescription to them through the drive through window at 7PM. Since they had an overload of requests they asked for my residence address and then requested if they could deliver it to me and it would take 30 minutes versus the 20 minutes it would take them to provide it at the window. I accepted the offer.
I had a representative contact me at 8.15 PM to confirm the insurance claim has come through, there are no additional payments and that the delivery would be made by 9-9.15 PM.
I had not received the until 9.45PM and started following up. After 36 phone calls (calls were received once for every 10 times dialled) speaking to 4 different agents and being promised a call back with an update or being told the order would reach me within 15-20 mins, the medicines finally arrived at 11PM. Mind you, they are located 2 lanes behind my residence.
The last agent I spoke to said due to the surge of online prescriptions the delivery fulfilment was delayed. I informed them I understand that though constantly promising to deliver the order within a short time and not given me the honest picture wasn't ideal. Though he kept arguing this service is "normal" given the pandemic. Also, the delivery person claimed he was handed over my order only 5 mins prior to delivery and that if I had concerns I should report it to directly to the management in the most condescending tone possible.
All in all it was a painful experience following up and not receiving honest updates, while all I wanted was to take the meds and rest up.
Highly disappointed. I would recommend you don't promise a service you're unable to "deliver".

The staffs from Body Care and Face care section who are Filipinos are scammers! How many times we went here to get things prescribed by our dermatologist by they always saying they don’t have instead they will suggest something else who is way expensive than the one you are looking for. Then recently I noticed when we showed to filipino staff there our prescription from the doctor that we need hand cream she said they don’t have and showed us something which is double the price of what we looking for! We said no because she acting like she better know than our doctor, then when we went on the medicine section we spoke to someone and showed our prescription he said that they have and took the product from the body care section! Don’t let you scammed by these people from Life pharmacy especially on this section! They will lie to you just to sell expensive products! Hope the management will look up to this as it’s very wrong to lie to your customers!

Very poor delivery never expected this from a pharmacy. Placed order at 7 pm it's been more than 4hours items not yet delivered. Good I did not order medicine for someone as the patient would have reached hospital waiting for the medicine not acceptable from a pharmacy to delay. Zero total zero.

I visited the place right after i had my wisdom tooth extraction.the pharmacist saw that i am doing the cold compress on my right cheek. She accomodated me immediately, asked me to sit down only all the time, and hurried to get the prescriptions. Even when paying, she goes into my sit and brings the card reader. She even say goodbye with a feel better soon farewell. Small gestures but very big impact to me, Thank you to that pharmacist. June 22, at 10: 30 to 11am duty. Kudos to you!

The service the staff have provided in typical as well as atypical services is excellent.
I had bought some homeopathic medicine to send to my daughter through a friend and forgot to retain the receipt. As the friend was panicking about carrying the pills without a receipt (even though not required), I asked life natures I’d they could issue a duplicate and I got it in 5 mins via whatsapp. The staff go beyond their call of duty to help and that’s why I would like to appreciate them.as in situations like this- it matters

It was the first time I came to Life pharmacy, Dubai on my holiday vacation and it is the best pharmacies I've visited so far. It has wide range of products that confused me thinking it was a supermarket. The customer service was the best. And I dont get it why people keep complaining about their pharmacy with all these facilities they give. I'm sure this is some kind of jealousy. Even after I left dubai, my cousins purchase all their needful things from there and are completely satisfied with their service and response. Thank you for giving the best quality service.

My husband call on the hotline indicated on this page, just to ask regarding suction catheter size 12 for tracheostomy. My husband waited for 5mins and ending that they dont know about the suction catheter size 12 that we are asking. Like seriously? This is so bad. Please have some responsible and knowledgeable customer service.

Visited this 24/7 pharmacy a week ago during the evening time.
This pharmacy is a total package with drive through facility as well. It has a wide range of products from medicines, homeopathy, supplements with respective pharmacist, homeopathic doctor and nutrition consultant to assist.
They have a separate floor upstairs just for medical equipment department. Lots of skincare and haircare products too.
Many special/discounted offers are provided as well. Bought for 800 dhs and got 400 dhs voucher which they have informed that I can purchase from selected brands. Unfortunately couldn't check the free BMI service provided by them as I was getting late. Looking forward to check that too when I come to use my vouchers.

Worst Experience, If you give them order now they will respond you may be after 3 days. I faced the same problem 3 weeks ago and now again faced the same. I always order them more than 1000 AED but they are non responsive. I could give them zero star but actually its not there

My visit today was a nightmare, the service was awful, plenty of staff yet there was no one to assist with a simple prescription. There use to be a Pakistani lady in charge of the pharmacy who was brilliant but sadly she has left. The management need to do some serious staff training!

A two level pharmacy with many sections, alot of nutrition and muscle supplements can be found there. Service was good not bad, however, parking is available for the pharmacy free of charge, it's not at the main road but from the side road so better to let you know.

Worse delivery service from a pharmacy I have ever experienced. My house is literally a 5 min drive but because I was suffering from a flu I was unable to go and get my meds. I called in for a delivery and 3 hours after my request I haven’t received my order. I kept calling every 30 mins asking for an update and the staff keep saying it’s 10 mins away - worse customer service - I could have taken an Uber got the meds myself without wasting my time.

Tricking Customers: try to avoid this pharmacy if you can. Specially if they tell you that you get vouchers. Because first you can't use your voucher on many known brands secondly they cancel your voucher under company policy. I returned some goods and got new items and although I paid more than the amount of my purchased items they cancelled my vouchers. The staff are not aware of policies and they just want to persuade you to buy more. The pharmacy doesn't know about customer service at all.

Such a poor service! They have no idea what they are doing there.
The doctor gave me a medicine which was not in their stock. I said them to check with the doctor for the alternative one. They were so useless, I had to do it myself. After Doctor approved the medicine, I got another phone call and Ohhh this is not covered with your insurance. Another ten phone calls. No delivery on time. I just got another phone call from them now and saying to me that they gave me less medicine because it was not in their stock that day and they even did not inform me. When I said her I do not want it " CANCEL ". She was laughing and can not cancel it (YES YOU CAN!). Its already paid bla bla bla. You are soooo UNPROFESSIONAL nature life!

Had a facial appointment today. Nobody bothered to call and let me know that they've cancelled the booking. Went all the way for nothing
