Bad experience: I’ve purchased 3 boxes of one medicine, when I came home I found one box was empty of tablets only the prescription inside the box. I was totally confused as from now I need to ask the pharmacist to open all boxes of medicine to check the availability inside. Come on… is that true way to treat your patients…?

Its a great pleasure to being there for buying certain medication where as i would like to mention about the attentive and most efficient staffs and services especially the staff i met with named anjana who made me to feel cool and being positive

I called 8 pm order a medicine they told me can i wait 2 hours. To delivert bwcause of rain it already 4 hours and half hour until now i didnt recieve my order until 12: 35 Am

Everytime i ask a question about any medicine on watsapp they never reply. Even though it shows online they don't bother to read the customers messages. Poor customer service.

Called late night to ask for a medicine for allergy and Staff Pharmacist Nisab responded well and even sent me the medicine in a short period of time. Thank you and keep it up
