LIFE Pharmacy - Doha

Don’t believe in this pharmacy.if you will ordering anything they have thousand excuses. OMG person saying his bicycle theft that’s why your will delay. I ask how much minute he says one hour. If you can’t deliver then why you mentioned that 24*7 delivery. Really really poor service

Worst pharmacy, i waited for my medication for long and i have to call again just to be informed that it will be sent in the next hour.what kind of service is this? Atleast u could have informed when i specifically asked for asap delivery? Since its my time to take my medicine and cannot miss my dose. The guy who answered my call was as rude as well.he just said okay and cancelled the order.

Good Pharmacy, I had nice experince and staff Amitha was really helpful and she gave very good service.

I visited Doha phy on sheikh zaid road today, Miss Anam dealt us with good knowledge 1st time we met Nutrition Consultant at this phy. She helped me n my wife by listening all health issues and guided what are body requirements, thank you so much life group for such kind of staff.

All through my interaction with her, she was courteous, she listened, she communicated well and promptly and I was able to get the products delivered in time. The products were not available in the store but she went out of her way to get them. What stood out most to me is how she constantly updated me through calls and messages on the progress of my request. To me this factor is very crucial in service delivery.

Staff is really supportive, came here late night but they assist me very well, Saleekha give special attention to us as my wife was injured and she took care of her while I was taking necessary medication, overall great experience.

Today I went to the life clinic at the same location in the first floor for free consultation of my medical checkup on of the best service and the caring I met the lady doctor one of the best consultant I met very nice person thank you so much life clinic attar tower

Today I visited to this pharmacy by evening to buy my medicines and these people helped me to buy apart from it and they have good knowledge on supplement stuffs, so i took along with my medicine and they are very concern about customers health.
Particularly pharmacy manager and her team doing excellent service. It is one of the best pharmacy outlet in life group Keep up the same goodwill.

Payment service is very excellent form people but online service call center clinic service very bad HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY ONE ️. Donot waste your money in such a bad service. Visit any other pharmacy clinic is better than Life pharmacy.

That is the worst experience ever in a life pharmacy branch in al attar tower, SHZ Road
Worst customer service and it was very shameful to not take my needs because they donot have a change of 200 AED twice. One time on the phone and one time in the store.
Very disappointed, team there is unprofessional and not trained to handle situation or even to talk with clients.

Bought a nebulizer last night and was trying to exchange the product this afternoon with a nebulizer as well only with a higher price. They told me it cannot be exchanged or returned since it’s in offer which the lady didn’t inform me when I was paying for it. They said it’s in the receipt. Who reads a very long receipt with a very small font and it’s in the last part. And even if it’s written there you still have to mention it while I was paying for it! And before that I was trying to message in WhatsApp for orders and it took them 25 minutes to reply! So I just went there and saw the 3 ladies only chitchatting in the counter and they saw me coming in and they didn’t even greeted me or ask to assist me. I went in further and have to approach this gentleman in the computer to assist me. Can you imagine at 3pm they were not even busy but they were not able to reply to my message. And when I told them that, the trainee lady said oh we didn’t see the message! So maybe you should check! Or you’re too busy chitchatting with your colleague that’s why you didn’t see. You just lost a sale and you’re not helping the company. First you didn’t mention that there’s no return no exchange in items on sale and now you’re not reading the WhatsApp message for orders. I feel very sorry for the owner. You should hire staff which can contribute with your sales and would be an asset in your company.

Pathetic Service, for one delivery we have to wait for 2 hours, worst service ever.

I have worst experience. My husband is a regular customer of life pharmacy and every month bought lot of supplements from life phamacy. This time i sent him to buy oil for my baby but the guy in pharmacy sold other brand that he asked and next day when we went there to change it, the girl in pharmacy keep oil but in return gave nothing.amazing customer services

It's a commercial supermarket for medicines that are high priced. Plus their persistent in store marketing to buy vitamins and other products is unwelcomed.

Very bad! Recommended drugs for patients.when I go back all look like buay.feel that I'm pick a quarrel.talking with me.but can not watting. I retired medicine.scared not go next time

I been there a couple of times coz my nearest pharmacy every staff is recommending different products I buy after that the item was really bad to use and the usage was very harmful but don’t know why he recommended me to buy that after that I given them back item to change or refund me to use my money to buy another good item but they refuse to return it finally i paid again and left without they atleast they can say something only business is must for them not customer not go again there waste of money
