Life Pharmacy staff assists properly and teaches the correct use of medicines and other equipment.

Would like to thank you for taking the initiative to help me what i need especially Ms. Honey and Mr. Ian. You Guys have a team work to satisfy the needs of the customer. A team w/c contributes help customer and to be satisfied in positive way.

I used to buy from the said pharmacy such as vitamins and medicines staff are so helpful and attending with high customer services and all the product are always available and very visible in its shelves and its really amazing pharmacy always giving a promotion and discount i feel like its my own stuff to use.all varieties of product are aways available.thank you life home pharmacy for always there when we needed of.

Rude staff and only care about selling more. I am DHCC worker, we should get discount on our purchases, they didn’t accept to give it to me.

they yelled at me.sold without the offer that was indicated on the packaging. Sold pills without packaging.only after shouting did they give me a pack of pills.and not the one that should be.

Terrible arrogant customer approach by the store manager. Her title didn’t reflect any attempt to help clients. One of those types of women who likes to boss around. However the only respite and excellent approach was by Mr Salem the senior pharmacist. There needs to be more intelligent workforce like him. This from a health care quality personnel.

I'm really disappointed with the life pharmacy's Damascus store. My son was not well, cough, cold, fever. As I consulted Doctor and visited life Pharmacy in Damascus street al Quasis at 8: 00 pm. I asked for medicine prescribed by Doctor. The pharmacist took the prescription and said to wait. It was taking a long time to give only 4 medicine.after 15 to 20 minutes we waited in Pharmacy. After that Pharmacist said we will deliver within one & a half hours. I requested to deliver it as soon as possible because my son was very sick.then at 8: 20 pm, I left from there.

I reached home finished my all work, served my son.his body temperature started increasing. I m waiting for medicine. I called in pharmacy several times to deliver medicine as soon as possible.my son is getting a high fever.one Girl received a call and said will send it soon.still, no one delved medicine.

I run to the store at 10: 30 pm which is far from my home. I saw my son's medicine is still in the pharmacy. All are sitting tidily there. No one bothered whether someone live or die.

Really very bad.this is my first and last visit to life pharmacy.

I request life Pharmacist, not to promise customers, which u cant fulfil on time.

The worst customer service I ever met in my life, the sold me a hand support which had a plugging metal against my rest and when I returned it they came back with 100 story, first they said they will change it then they called me and they said nothing is wrong with it and agin called that a new item is ready (that was after about 20 days) I told them that I already got a new item as I needed it, now after 50 days I’m following up with them they told me sorry we can’t return it! And they can’t make a refund. Bunch of unprofessionals they don’t know what they are doing. They always tell me a different story when I call and never call back to update me as they always say will do. Total failure.

Due to a bad health condition I have been purchasing various medicines from Life pharmacy for almost two years. Contacted Life pharmacy branches in order to have my previous previous bill copies. Some of the Life pharmacists are totally unhelpful and Unprofessional while DHCC branch gentleman (Murali) is a true professional and showed remarkable customer service while handling my request. Murali is a true and valuable asset for your company. Medications are always available, and if not the staff is always willing to find it and deliver to the patient. They have branches everywhere and they have almost all the pharmaceutical and beauty products anyone may need
