LIFE Pharmacy - Life Al Warqa

It's been four hours and I am still waiting for my medication, only to be told that the drivers vehicle is having some problem when he left with my medication, just five minutes back. I live in the next building of life pharmacy, why does he need a vehicle to drop my medication? Now I will get my medicines only tomorrow morning, what kind of service is this? We have plenty of pharmacies in Al Warqa, we are not dependent on life pharmacy. Since the medication is covered under insurance and nidhina cannot cancel it, I have to wait for it from life pharmacy. I wouldn't recommend life pharmacy to anyone due to extremely poor service.

Very bad service, really disappointed, i suppose to get my medication 4 days ago and everyday they say tomorrow, with advance payment, refuse cash refund

One of the best pharmacy I visited all staff was so friendly and helpful.the way thy come up and approach customers was excellent!

Once was my preferred pharmacy, but after last experience, a zero star is enough for rating.
The medication was approved by insurance 4 days back, I waited 4 days for pharmacy internal issue to fesolve with no luck.
Not calling customers to update them "as promised" is not professional and not acceptable. Luckily the medication needed was not life saving, I wonder what would happen in other scenarios.

Very new and fast ATM machine by ADCB positioned at AllDay Market outlet in Alwarqa 1. Wish all other banks develop similar experience to their customers. However, I wish if more ATM machines are located in Alwarqa area.

Non helpful staff, try to avoid the discount I was entitled to. When mention she appeared displeased. Did the discount in a rude manner. Go somewhere else!

Worst pharmacy, WhatsApp medicine prescription since they promised they will do home delivery. That took approval and didn’t sent medicine for more than 2 hour till I sent WhatsApp massage didn’t remember to send that medicine. Not understanding about urgency.

Worst pharmacy, requested approved medicine for delivery more than 3 hours and no answer. Staff on WHATSUP playing with people and no respect at all

Use to be very good before the pandemic but now every time I ask for something it's always out of stock. Their price was also much lower before the pandemic but now suddenly everything is gone up

I went to buy vitamin D 1000 IU, they sold me for 67 AED and said me it's offer "buy one get one".
Same medicine on their website is of 33 AED and on other pharmacy stores its aed 33.
They are fooling the people and insisting them to buy one additional medicine by saying its "buy one get one" and charging same amount.
Highly disappointment and I won't buy medicine from their stores anymore.

Pharmacist dispensing alternative medicine than the prescribed saying it is what is prescribed, when returned immediately, they din’t give cash back and instead gave credit note saying it’s their company policy. Tricky way to secure business.

Pharmacist saying it was his colleague who took the medicine from the shelf and not him, that’s why this happened. Silly blame games.

Grow up guys. Market is competitive.

Kindly do not contact them if you are in a need for some urgent medicine.they literally take forever to come.in fact i had ordered something from them and they never showed up.they have a very bad timing and does not answer calls when we have to report an issue to them

Shocking bought and items in 10 minutes after the payment done i need to change it they didn’t accept then i told them let me speck to someone from HO they didn’t accept to speck to me on the phone shocking I can understand if i came back in couple of hours
