Visited last month for some non-available medicines, they arranged within short time. Great customer service.

I know the Store Manager Mrs Hema since 2011. She has been very welcoming and so helpful everytime me and my family have walked in. For that i have been visiting ever since for the level of service. She makes sure the staff ensures the quality of service at all times. Support and attentiveness are few things have made me coming back. Keep it up.

Worst experience as a customer. Initially told me that they don’t have the prescribed medicine on stock but will get it delivered within few hours. No response even after 10hours and poor handling of customer when called over phone asking for delivery status. Doesn’t recommend this branch of life pharmacy.

Would give below one star if there is an option! Horrible customer service especially an Indian old lady. Bad behavior

Last week of January 2021 I made a purchase of Hand sanitizer spray from Life Pharmacy Dubai residential building branch Al Qusais. Unfortunately after using half of the bottle, the spraying nobe was not working and When I reported this to the same outlet the response and attitude of staffs were not really good and they said hey have to take approval from management for replacement. When I called them today they said because of hygiene reasons they cannot replace. I was totally wondered as if I was asking them for replacement of undergarments. If the product purchased is not usable because of the product defect, it is the responsibility of manufacturer to replace it. It is not about cost, but the attitude and how pathetic the customer support of Life Pharmacy is.

Very friendly staff. Was given excellent support and on time call back as promised with my medicine. A big thanks to the staff.

FALSE PROMISE with impracticable conditions

Their price promise seems to be a marketing gimmicks. You can get same provide eden 20% lesser in online

Even if you ask for the price difference - as per their claim - showing the online price, they will ask you to produce the purchased copy of bill with in two days!
So effectively, you need to buy same product from other vendor. That is their policy as claimed by their customer service.
Please refer below message from LIFE

"In order to claim for the price promise we have some terms and conditions and according to that customer needs to have a bill of the same item purchased from elsewhere which is not older than 2days"

Is that fair? Definitely NOT
You have to purchase 2 items
One from other vendor and second from Life to claim the price difference
Then why can't you buy the both from
First vendor

They have limited product choices, Their customer service is good, though it is very slow sometimes.
I will prefer other vendors

Very good and knowledgeable staff. Their home delivery service is not so good.the delivery person will not be available according to our time and it will take long time.we can but vitamin supplies and accessories with them.
