An online prescription lodged using mobile application at 3: 00pm and the pharmacist (Omar) acknowledged the request and called by 4: 39pm.
Medicine received 8: 00pm by Arafat who told that he came by 5: 00pm and nobody received him. He lies to find reason for delay and this is not acceptable.

This is by far the worst life pharmacy in Al nahda. Most of the medicines in this branch are not available. The people who pick up the phone are extremely inattentive. Horrible service

Ordered item for home delivery. Delivery distance= 5-7 mins drive. Was promised 35 mins delivery but ultimately not delivered for the next 2 hours. Called multiple times but the staff just making up excuses. It's 1230 am now and all nearby pharmacies closed.

I was looking for some specific items and Jenshita (sorry I misspelled your name) was very helpful and looked for the items at different location and found them for me. She is very helpful 7 stars for her customer service

Hate it first of all the good products not available and I'm pretty sure they getting the stuff from different place on the bottle written made in USA but they made it in different place so the product itself questionable.

After spending more than 20 min standing and waiting for my medicine the gentleman told me part of it is not there. Life management to advise if this is convenient to their customers.

There brand Sunshine Nutrition, which they claim is a US based manufacturer appears to be bogus. I had a question about one of their ingredients and found out their email address listed in their website does not even exist.

I purchased a thermometer for delivery earlier today. It was defective. I spoke to someone who understood I wanted a refund and she said she would send the delivery guy. She did - with a stack of thermometers for me to check. I have pheumonia and I'm running experiments in my doorway to establish that they have (or don't) a thermometer whose 'mercury' will go below 36. One broke into the hallway. Then the excuses, the pharmacist is already gone, only the manager can authorize a refund. I call the shop and get told I will get a call back in 2 minutes. Well, it was more than half an hour, and I still need to head out to buy a thermometer tonight. Hate this nonsense at the best of times. I am waiting around for them while they bang around trying to keep their 19dhs sale but what I must do is get a working thermometer.
