The service provided by Hussain (pharmacist) in the store was excellent. We really appreciate it.

One of the worst pharmacy services in Dubai (1096-Life Al Nahda Pharmacy (LLC), I had requested around 7 PM and the same was delivered @ 11: 45 PM. It took almost 4.5 hrs.to deliver. The medicine is for 3yrs old patient who had serious stomachache.
The pharmacy smartly & instantly obtains approval in order to block the customer and refrain to shop with other pharmacies and take sweet time to deliver the medicines. The staff always play blame game over the phone by saying they have just joined the shift - Do really customers need to know this? I have heard this many times same excuse. Please don’t make fool to the public by saying 30 Mins deliver.
Management should intervene and investigate to improvise this long pending issues. (Tax Invoice dated 2023.11.30/21: 21)

It take so much time to get any feedback or reply. I sent e-prescription and no one replied till 45 min even after being online. Worst customer service in this branch

Never order anything from here, aster is near by even if u pay some ammount more u can expect good service, I orderd medicine 2 hours again and again they kept saying they will deliver but not only they failed to deliver, they din have the courtesy to inform that they will be delaying the delivery how irresponsible when it concerns the health of the people

Had visited life pharmacy in al Nahda 2. Pharmacist Sajena was very attentive to my requirements and helped me with my purchases.

One of the best pharmacies in the country, reasonable price of medicines, staff is professional, helpful and friendly, well done.

Recently visited Life Pharmacy late at night.
The staff there were very kind and attentive.
They were also my best guide and Great personalities.

Good customer service recently had the opportunity to interact with Life pharmacy staff. Full of warmth and professionalism. Her knowledge and expertise surpass all others. Great work! Amazing attitude. Way to go!

Have you ever seen 2 price tags for a medicine? I went to purchase this cough syrup and it was AED 38/- initially and when I reached the cash counter to pay, suddenly the amount is AED 45/-. Had argued with the salesperson and they apologized for the error. What I felt disappointed was the salesperson should have notified me early and when I checked with the next shop Aster pharmacy, the price is AED 38/-
This is daylight robbery! Very disappointed.

I recently visited a branch of this pharmacy and was impressed with their customer service. Although the branch I visited was not big, the pharmacy has many locations. I was pleased with my experience and would recommend it to others.

Nobody ever picks up phone.
Happened to me more thn twice on different occasions. And by luck if they decide to answer the call, the delivery takes more than an hour. Even though the shop is right opposite to my building.

I have been waiting for almost a month or more for my vouchers to reach me. The staff has promised at least 10 times that they will get back in 24 hours but never did so. After going there directly they handed me the vouchers but when i tried to use it, they had some system error and said they will give another voucher.
Now almost 2 weeks passed and no news from them. Least they can do is answer the call but alas, they cant even do that. If you cannot keep up to your promises and then do not give any in the first place!

In the web it says that this branch is 24hours and there is delivery. I but i tried to call today
1st 8am
2nd 8: 15am
3rd 8: 20
4th 8: 30am
But no answer.

Life has been degrading it's so called glorified reputation in the past from a longtime.
They have endless pharmacists standing infront of one computer and the customers are either attended pathetically or never attended.
I had to storm out after waiting for more than 10 minutes when there was not a single customer waiting.
They are highly unprofessional and rude.
So i stopped going or ordering from life and opted for ASTER
Aster is stepping they way up with their timely response and delightful customer care.

Worst, don't order and expect a delivery, 3 hours no news of the medicine, no answer to phone call, those who are answering just hangs up. This is ultimate nonsense. Should sue these guys for setting wrong expectations for these essential services.

Every time when i order online, i have to call them several times to get the order delivered.
And my last order was never delivered even after 7 hrs and i had to go to pharmacy and shouted at them for an update.

So, no more online order.going to uninstall the app

0 SERVICE & 0 ETHICS

24x7 service is just a publicity tag with 0 communication from the live numbers. The filipina attendant has no sense on how to treat a person waiting for their so called prompt service for the last 2 hours.

They should not call themselves as LIFE pharamcy rather rename as DEATH Pharamacy, since by the time they send their medications a person will be admitted to the emergency section of the hospital!

I order 8 pm then call back 8: 45 pm after few times try they receive call then said it’s could be take more 1 hours.

Really bad experience with the staff we visited store at 11: 30pm 7 oct at al nahada sharjah infront of viva supermarket as usually we buy stuff for my baby so we went to get virgin coconut oil and the lady staff show me the product the product was having dust on the top so I just tried to clean with my hand but accidentally I dropped it and it was a glass and it break the lady started saying you have to pay you have to pay and I except the fact that I have to pay but the way she talk its was not appropriate I paid the product price then the other employee guy I dont know what was his name amzaar or something I dont remember, he join and started being rude saying I should not pay for your mistake why should I pay and all, what we were telling him is you should infrom you superior or your manager in this kind of case you should have consideration thats all, that guy needs a really training how to talk with the customer.i am working in customer service filed for 8 years now I never had this bad experience, I will never visit that store anymore

I wonder why they set up home delivery.

I had ordered medicine at 11.42 pm. N called dem at 12.30 to check whats d status. On dat the person is saykng it will take more 30 mins. Where as i stay just 5 mins away.

I went to buy a medicine which is not available they give me a medicine with same composition with little different when i show to the doctor he said its not good to take that so i went back to the same shop and ask for refund they did not refund the amount and make me bad keeping me long time for waiting and they are asking me to take coupon so that i can buy other items.but the thing is i don't need to buy any other items there and whenever i go there to buy any medicine its not available too they always give different composition medicine which is comparable to that

Vitamin C1000mg (sunshine) Item received with tablets inside with different colors. Seems to be corrupted
When raised to Life, they but the issue on hold till having the supplier checking the products with same batch number without replacing my item!

Bought a medicine one alpha from here but wrong dosage. Wanted to exchange to the correct dosage and even willing to pay the difference if any but they rejected it. Just to change to the same medicine but different dosage, what is the big deal? Really no logic. If I can give 0 star, they deserve it. I stopped buying from this store. Better go to other store.

Disgusting. Asked for the pain relief spray at midnight on emergency basis which happen to be costing less than 20 dhs but these guys refused to deliver with an excuse of minimum 20 dhs for delivery. Middle of the night this was emergency medicine but these guys insisted to add more items like a grocery shop.
