Miss Geetu is a magician! I booked the platinum package last November but they couldn’t draw my blood despite multiple tries, leaving me terrified of blood tests. As a result I avoided getting it done for 3 months, came again today before the package expires, was very scared but miss Geetu was able to draw my blood in 1 go and that too completely painlessly!

I had an outstanding experience at Life Pharmacy, thanks to Divya's exceptional customer service. She demonstrated a high level of professionalism and was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Divya's expertise and friendly demeanor made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Life Pharmacy, especially with Divya's assistance, for top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere.

I went there yesterday and this thin indian guy was rude answering my query he should not be on the floor, they should assign him inside the stockroom where no one will ask him.

I was very thankful, satisfied & happy to serve by the sales person name "anit" she very polite & have patience while assiting ne to buy in muraqabat branch.

I was poked 3 times by 3 needles without the measurements of hygiene to get a single blood sample, (seriously?)

The consultation wasn’t worth the wait of 2 hours in queue, (people who came after me went in before me)

Clearly management was not well organized and obviously my last visit to that place

Was a nice experience with nurse (geethu) she took the blood and direct me very well thanks for the team

Waited till 2am placed order at 12am.same thing happen when i placed order the next day! Poor service

-first day to do the test as per the offer was fine
-but for the follow up I had to wait for almost 3hours, still couldn’t meet the doc
-No one called my name and on the display only counter was mentioned not doctors room number to go to.
-People who came after me went inside
-Once someone goes inside for consultation takes almost two hours to come out.
-mismanagement is quite visible

The worst clinic as not being committed to the clients and carelessly sending other confidential medical information of other client to a wrong recipient.

Very very bad service i am getting as I have given my blood last saturday 15-10-22.but no responce from their side till now. I am continuely calling but nobody picking ourphone 045715685

Seriously? Is this how run a promotion? You aren't even prepared for this. Waiting in the queue for 1 hour and only 5 people have gone in since I got my token number and there are 6 more to go.
Absolutely horrible.
- Streamline your Process.
- Inform the customers upfront of processing time.
- Increase the Staff
- if you don't have enough space here, shift the clinic elsewhere to accommodate more staff.
- Profits at minimum operational cost is a good thing but a bad service is worst.

Worst delivery service and customer service in u.a. E! Sorry to say but is true! Never again to order this online apps. Is super delay to deliver the item and you you can't talk nicely to store staff

Today I have been to this new clinic in the Life Pharmacy clinic Murraqabat. This was the first time I had pain less blood testing. Well trained staff. Nurse Geetu is made me comfortable and I was not knowing even she has taken the required blood sample. Thank you so much Nurse Geetu. Wish you all the best to your career.

Based on my experience in the clinic.we came early morning at 8 am for the blood test.totaly disappointed since it is completely disorganised, there is no token system, people are just gathering up near the reception counter.
The one in the reception is not guiding well.we went back without doing the tests since its taking ages for a registration.
Why you are selling packages, even it is a low cost, we are not coming for free services.the attitude of people who are managing there acting as if we came for a free service.
Very poor customer service!

If you want to buy serious prescription medicines then don't try it.
Good for lifestyle medicines.

I have decided to give a try to other branch of Life Pharmacy before calling them poorest customer services provider. I found their all branches are providing wrost customer service. Not recommended at all

Very poor customer service, the manager could not assist with simple task. Such a disappointment. On top that I asked for a refund after I just bought the goods, not even left the shop, and he refused. Saying he can only give me credit store, what kind of scam is this.

I had an issue with my baby not allowing milk until I visited Life Pharmacy and a staff there by the names Kairaly advised me to try Nutrilac stage 2 for the baby but my baby really likes this type of milk it’s very good and advise any mother with a baby having issues with accepting milk to try Nutrilac Thank you Life Pharmacy Muraqbat branch (Hyatt place) for outstanding service whenever I visit the store thanks to MR. Ansari that took his precious time together with Mr. Akhil who waited for me and gave me outstanding services even when they were about to close they still gave me time. Thank you so much

I was pregnant buying medicine at night after a long day - I handed my insurance EID and prescription- cashier told me it would take 10mins - I waited and inside the pharmacy standing then return to check the status. The cashier asked which status? He was not checking all this time! I saw my cards on the cashier and showed to him - he said he was too busy attending the cashier- i took out my things left. Very poor service! Lost my time to by meds for the day and had to wait for the next day to check from other phar’-cies.

I ordered Ventolin inhaler as I am suffering Asthma attack at nights and nothing comes regarding my order. I'm patiently waiting for more than 4hrs. I'll just cancel my order as I will just order in other much reliable pharmacy. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED.thank you. This happened Today, Tuesday May 19,2020 and I ordered around 5pm.
