They claim they are open 24/7 but came this morning for my prescription and they are the most unhelpful people. Asked for the manger and guess what she comes after 3pm! Are you kidding me?

The poorest service in entire 15 years of the presence in Al Murooj Compound. The night shift pharmacist is not keen to help and has 0 knowledge about products in his branch. The pharmacist insists on the most expensive drug from the entire line of the same drug.the pharmacy has become a market. It's a pity.

The service received today is impeccable. We had an emergency and they delivered in 15 mins exact at 3: 20am. Unbelievable coordination as well. Extremely happy with the service. Recommended to all!

It’s been 3 hours I am now waiting for my delivery! They told me 2 hours maximum, unbelievable! For a pharmacy (health) it’s really inacceptable. On top of it the delivery guy do not even apologies but argue with me.

Sadly, my experience was soured recently after I was told that the credit note I had been issued had to be used in store and could not be used for home delivery. Normally I wouldn't mind, but I have just had surgery and am unable to walk far and at a normal walking pace. Also, the credit note was issued because I was recommended (and then bought unknowingly) a product containing a substance that I had declared before my order that I was allergic to. As the product sent to me was more expensive than the non-allergenic altenative (note that I had ordered the product over the phone for home delivery upon their recommendation), I was offered an exchange and a credit note for the difference in price because a refund is not company policy. I am disappointed because I have just had to walk to another branch of Life pharmacy whilst feeling nauseous just to buy with my credit note a necessary product, which I require for my post-surgery recovery. It's a shame that in this instance this branch favoured its company policy over costumer satisfaction especially as I accepted the credit note in the end rather than the refund I was owed to spare the branch from the administrative work to issue me a refund. On top of that, I was told that if I accepted the credit note (again, as a result of a purchase stemming from their recommendation) that I would not be entitled to claim any vouchers, which would have normally been offered on my purchase of AED493.13. Whilst I showed this branch some compassion for their recommendation error, this is the thanks I received.
