I thought everything was very good before, until I booked 20 toothpastes here a few days ago. They actually sold the items that had been reserved for me without notifying me.when I went to buy them，the staff told me it has been sold, then I asked the customer service phone, to give feedback to their customer service department, and no one even called me, too disappointed, and did not care about the guests' feelings.
