Excellent customer care service, especially staff Ashna, doing very good job, highly recommended pharmacy.

Highly recommended pharmacy in Al Warqa area. The staffs are highly talented and very polate with customers, especially the pharmacist Ms. Ashna and Egyptian lady in the morning.

Very bad customer service
Employees are never Caring about customers, the patient is unable to call so he massege them on WhatsApp, they are never replying to our conversation even if he replies will say i will check then he would not come.
Life management has to consider their employees, they should have monitoring, not only sitting on the disk and watching movies on their mobile. Hopefully i can reach the management soon.

Worst experience. I ordered Zrytec 1mg/ml but they delivered Zyrtec 10mg/ml. One lady from them told me "its okay to give this 10mg to my 8 month old baby but just give 5 drops". But when I read the leaflet inside the box its mentioned that it is not allowed for 2 years old below. I tried to call them again but they are not answering my calls but when my husband called using his mobile number they answered but can't explain properly. It means they refusing to talk to me. We are asking them to change the item but till now no one came. You are working in the pharmacy and people are trusting you, you should be careful what information you give to your customers. I am just so frustrated because that medicine is for my 8month old baby.

Worst experience for optical, costly and bad quality, They are selling the lenses as made from France!
it got scratched after 3 weeks only of use, and when I went to shop, they told me it is your problem!
How you selling a lenses for 650 AED without coating layer and good material and easy to scratch from normal use!
It is not recommended at all.
The frame is also expensive comparing with other shops.

The customer service offered " by store manager" is the worst ever.
I don't recommend, i would give a zero if I can!

Very nice and clean pharmacy and the staff is very helpful with the customers especially the Egyptian pharmacist [Shorooq Fawzi] she is so kind and helpful she helps me a-lot with her informations and her easy and simple way on explaining the medication for me, wish her all the best
