Excellent service I received all the times I dealt and they try their best to deliver as early as possible. They Update all the steps in regular interval which makes customer like us very happy. For all above, I always prefer and take delivery from here at Umm Hurair1.

The staff there is friendly. Sometimes they also have good discounts on certain products. Haven't tried it yet, but they also provide home delivery.

I've always had some issue or the other with this particular branch of Life Pharmacy. Firstly, it's a very small congested shop, and everytime I've walked in with a prescription, I always end up walking out with few medications along with a so called "promise" that the balance medication will be arranged and delivered to me the following day, but never happens. I end up having to call the pharmacy to follow up regarding the same. So if I'm suffering, and I need to start my treatment, I have to rely on them. I've also experienced another situation where after the pharmacy has arranged for the medication, the driver says he will deliver the next day at a specific time, but he doesn't reach at the said time and I again to call the pharmacy to find out what's happening. So basically, I ended up waiting for 2 whole days to start my treatment. Honestly, this is terrible. If the management ever reads this review, I urge you to please take necessary action, and train your drivers not to make it about themselves especially when people are sick and in need of treatment.

No service at all, they will send patients back to the doctor to get ERX number which can be obtained through just a call to the medical center. And this is part of their job. As a doctor I knew what should be done, I am concerned how are they dealing with patients?

Life Pharmacy in Bur Dubai near Medeor Hospital has the "most" bad after sales service. Drop our purchased item to get repaired, took 1 long week without any update. Customers are the ones who call them for update and they would promise to call you back and they will never ever did. Management, Please check your staffs there and make sure they got the proper training in handling customers.

Pharmacy it’s the link to life, please if you are inexperienced pharmacist it’s fine but, you should ask for help & learn more before giving wrong medicine to patients! My recommendation to everyone is to check carefully what are you taking before paying & before leaving the pharmacy. Thanks
