Too much time for delivery and didn’t care of customer healthy even if I informed him to send urgent very fast more then 3 hours and still not receive my medicine

Most trusted pharmacy all over UAE:) they offer good deals and coupons. Very approachable pharmacists and staff!

Poor customer services, i went to this branch, couldn’t find a product, they said will arrange it to delivery same day. I waited until next day, so I connected them thru what’s up, they said will come back to me. No body contacted me. I went to the branch, as they told me, they staff forgot to place my order for delivery, i asked for refund my money, they said will arrange to bring the product from other branch near by. Pls don’t advise customers to arrange any delivery since you staffs always forgotten to follow up customers orders. And need to change the manager as well as he’s not improving his branch, Since this branch had have lots of one star. And one comment “POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES”.

Instead of providing prescribed medicine they tried to upsell their high priced medicine as if It was a pizza store and they tried to add toppings. Prescribed medicine was half of the priced they tried to replace with.

Bad service and I will never ever go to this branch and issue start when I went to pharmacy yesterday and it was some medicine not available and they told me it will arrange next day but they did not and I have called them many times and i did not get proper answer and after many calls they said will delivered it at 3 AM, and imagine how the pharmacist is professional as he said will keep the medicine on the door even I told him I’m living in villa he did not care if the medicine get damage.
Really bad bad service and i advice you don’t go to this branch, and the team there unprofessional and they are lied and not supporting
I will go to DHA and submit official complain

Horrible customer service. Spent four hours today via the app for a prescription order that was placed last night at 8 pm. Just kept being transferred to different WA numbers or told to call landlines where nobody responded or the number wasn’t working. Finally sent an email to cancel the order since there’s no way to cancel prescription orders in the app. I will never use LifePharmacy again. Marina Pharmacy solved everything in 90 minutes for me - with LifePharmacy it takes 19 hours despite their 24/7 claim.

Unfortunately they sell fake products (protein shake) even though on the package it says authentic. When we called the branch they denied the product was fake; even though on the official website it says it is fake - very bad service. Wouldn’t return here as I would like to purchase authentic products.

Also took them 45 days to get back to me, and when I asked for a refund they refused even though it is their error. They then told me I could come to the store to replace, when I got there they said they cannot replace or exchange

Very poor customer service. Sent me 70AED Shower gel for baby damaged piece, dirty bottle… when I went to visit them.
The only answer they had, how can we trust you?

Great experience at this branch - Sheheer was very helpful and knowledgeable.he listened to my concerns and recommended best options.will definitely keep getting the medications for my family from this branch.
