I specifically asked for a brand and they did not have the stock.so the lady she gave me an alternative brand and promised it's same to same.when I open the package I found it was totally different. I went back to tell her the issue and she started fighting with me.very horrible and bad customer service.manipulating customers and selling second grade products which customer does not ask. They think customers are fools and cannot do anything.they should remember in this online world nothing staying hidden and they need to be reminded that customer is someone who can fire everyone in their company right till CEO simply by stopping to buy from their stores.

They don’t deliver or communicate properly, avoid this place… Also very arrogant staff… can’t be reliable…

Febina a female staff is so rude! Talks when not even spoken to. This pharmacy was a family favourite, but this person has no training in customer service. The male staff, even the supervisor is very courteous and kind. I wish the corporate office would train this woman
She interuppeted more than 3 times when conversation was with another staff, when asked for change, refund, etc.

Extremely poor pharmacist and delivery service.

I ordered my medicines at 11: 43am from this branch. I am in severe stomach pain and still waiting for my medicines till now at 1: 10pm. I called the pharmacy again at 12: 17pm to follow up where she said I will get it in 15 to 20 minutes. Then, I called again at 12: 44pm to follow up and she said the delivery guy has already left to deliver and will call me to confirm but she never called.
