Worst service and delivery, as I was purchasing infant milk powder for my 7 months old baby, even after requesting the staff and the driver, he was dragging the delivery. The lead time was 45 mins, even after 2 hours he didnt deliver it. Such irresponsible drivers (shaur khan) should pay for their irresponsibility.

Extremely disappointing… they say 45 minutes and I waited for 2 hours. My daughter was coughing so I ordered. No urgency… lazy and lethargic attitude.people think they are not less than doctors.

Extra ordinary experience, i am working in same building whenever i go to my office i enter through the pharmacy by greeting them, staffs are very helpful and knowledgeable if you have any concern regarding your health and wellness item.

Mr Gautam, store manager is always so professional always very gentle. I really happy with his service.

I almost tresspass this place on daily basis to access my office in the building. The staff never minds, so kind of them. They have 2 massive sized mist making machines near the introductory sample of daily vitamins. I feel too shy to grab a glass of the complimentary vitamins they offer. Every now and then, i end up buying something from this place, especially items on offer.

Excellent Customerservice. Very efficient and quick service. Special Thanks to Gautam, the store manager always very helpful and going above and beyond for any requests. 100% recommended this pharmacy.

Very poor customer service. I went there twice but no one attended to me. They just looked and ignored. Today being the second time I Walked around for a whole 20 minutes and left frustrated. I would totally not recommend the place to someone who wants a quick service.

(this review is for the branch next to the Taj hotel)

They don't return your money in case you wanted to return anything instead they give you a slip wich is hazardous for tourists. (something which was suppose to be written in a big sign for customers to see)

2- I ordered from Taj hotel delivery from this pharmacy and the guy on the phone told me that there will be no delivery charges on stuff above 150 but and the total of my orders was 200.but to my amazement the day after, when seeing the bill i found out that the total was only 180 (guess he pocketed the 20 Durham's)

The staff Mmm.i'll just leave it at that.

We just bought a protein and the seal was broken! There was a plastic seal on it so we never saw this!

This is one of a kind “Pharmacy”, meaning apart from its Shear size, it does accommodate everything related to Health. They got an entire sports nutrition floor; made for all the Gainz junkies out there. Fairly accessible as they do have reserved parking inside the building. Overall amazing service as promised and best bang for your buck!
