My all time favourite pharmacy they have very coprative staff especially gopika is too good.

I would highly recommend Life Pharmacy on Khalid Bin Walid street Their services are too good. Staff is very polite and very helpful. Ninnu is such an amazing person. She will always assist me and guide me with the right prescription of medicines. You get points on your purchase which is the best thing about this pharmacy. Ninnu will always ensure my medicines are always delivered on time. All staff are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this pharmacy. I rate it with all 5 stars. Very happy dealing with Life Pharmacy. My life has become easy now. Life Pharmacy gives you Life.

I would like to send a huge thanks to everyone in Life, you literally were life savers. We came in an absolute urgency to look for some medications and other stuff After having found it last minute that our grandparents had to get some medications before travelling. A smart brilliant lady named Sree kanya guided us she was absolutely brilliant and helpful, she showed all the necessary stuff in the shop the lady was so genuine and kind to explain each product specification taking her time. I will be back to the shop again (happy costumer)

Very bad delivery service mentioned within 30minuts but actually they deliver your items in 3 days.
I'm not recommend you to order online better to go nearby pharmacy.

I have always been a fan of Life pharmacy and now have been ordering from them for almost 7 years. With time I have seen their product range and customer service soring new heights in efficiency and professionalism. Even today when my husband had a bad skin allergy almost immediately Mr. Adarsh Odoth Thazhe from Bank Street, Bur Dubai branch was available on WhatsApp and immediately understood the concern and suggested correct medication along with recommended dosages. Kudos to Life Pharmacy for hiring such competent professionals like Mr. Thazhe. Professional like them make us trust the brand more

It was 4am and I still couldn't sleep because of my back pain. I asked my hubby to pick up some pain relief patches for me in Westzone. He ended up going to Life Pharmacy. We both didn't know this branch was open 24hours. He had a small talk with the pharmacist on duty (which was the manager) before coming back. My hubby bought additional items like pain relief meds and cream. He also said the guy was also nice and professional.

Bad experiences i have order some medicine 3 hours tilll now i havent recieved my medicine and i try to call them they not answring my call

I was very disappointed with your team yesterday. I went to life pharmacy 7pm last night with my prescription and i am supposed to use my insurance.
They direct rejected to give me the medicine WITHOUT trying to submit it to the insurance portal for approval! Just because my insurance will expire on 5th of this Month. I was very upset but then i tried with other life pharmacy (LIFE Pharmacy - Life Al Shab) the same prescription they tried to submit and I get some approvals.
Very disappointing how you treat your costumer! Regarding with approvals you are not the one who will decide if it is approved or not! You dont have the right to say directly that you cannot give the medicines WITHOUT TRYING IT TO UPLOAD TO THE PORTAL AND WAIT FOR APPROVAL FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY!
