Bad service and the delivery it took 2: 30 hr to reach and they keep telling u “10 min and the driver will reach u “

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever I countered in my life. My building is just 5 mins walking distance and the lady said it will take an hour to reach but I still haven’t received my orders yet? What is this service? The poorest service ever. I have been calling 3 times to make orders and follow up but the lady who answer the phone is very time wasting. It’s 11 am now? Still haven’t receive my orders. Bad service ever. Worst!

Very nice staff, always fast delivery especially in the evening. They respond quickly to messages, which makes me very happy.

I called and ordered a medicine for an emergency, and they delivered it to me after 4 hours, such a bad service!

They increased the price for almost all items and an employee mentioned that was to cover up for the 9% corporate tax being implemented next year. I guess that’s illegal to do. Shame on them

Very bad Sevice I ask for exchange more than 10 days they didn’t make and every time they told me they will solve the problem and call no one call, even other branch try to communicate with them to send the pill and make exchange but they don’t reply, I don don’t know how to rea

Have most medicines although if you are expecting to get medicines you were using in foreign countries (mainly india), I’d suggest you try another pharmacy.

The service is great but I take a medication that requires it to be kept in a cooler box. Both times they have sent it without cooler packs. The medication becomes ineffective if it is kept in room temperature. This is basic knowledge of the pharmacists.
